Comfortable for party animals!I've been there in January last year with my friend (I couldnt select January coz its a little bit late :) ). We stayed only for a week it was a cheap tour and we were aware that it wouldn't 5 stars place. And! Me and my friend were surprised with a rich nutritious and hor breakfast we were offerred! Hot and fresh meal from 07:00 to 11:00 included! That-s nice! You should only care about your dinner after that! Personnel was pretty polite we behaved calm and respectful and saw the same in return. Our room was clean and housekeeping worked normally and I didn't find any big problems in that hotel. Moreover it's situated in 10 minutes walk from Walkking Street and all night life! By the way they concerned about safety! Trancesexuals and so on are not alowed there that's important! No Noise no mess! So if you are looking something affordable and near Walking Street adn Beach Road take a look at this place. NB! I am not fastidious! No, sir! ;)

Budget Priced Hotel Good ValueMid Town Inn is well located for easy access to Pattaya's Walking Street, Pattaya Beach and the main shopping and business districts. The rooms are clean, spacious with television and bar fridge. The price of Baht 1,100 a night includes a modest breakfast of a cooked-to-order omelet, sausage and slice of ham, together with toast which you cook yourself. The orange and pineapple cordials on offer are at least chilled, although highly diluted.

Lost it's quaint touch after upgradesWe've stayed in the Old Midtown for many, many years. Every year we loved the (only) BIG room No. 238 - on top of the pool. Recently they renovated the hotel, and the charges are no longer competitive: For what they charge you can get much better rooms or fully furnished and service apartments in town. The location is still excellent - yards from Walking Street !

Unbeatable ValueAt Baht 700 a night, including breakfast, Mid Town Inn offers unbeatable value and a location just a short walk to Pattaya Beach and Walking Street. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the rooms clean with good beds, television, fridge, air conditioning and free wifi (also the service was very slow). Mid Town Inn has a swimming pool that is crystal clear, which is more than can be said for the seawater at Pattaya Beach, which has officially been declared to be polluted and with unsafe levels of bacteria. While this is not a flash hotel, if you are budget conscious, you cannot go past it.

DemolishedI rocked up to Mid Town Inn to book in only to find the entire hotel has been demolished and the site has been leveled. I understand that a new hotel is planned for the site, but work hasn't started yet. When it does, and the hotel is completed, I will review it for TripAdvisor as this is an excellent location if you want a hotel central to what Pattaya has to offer.
