  FLEA PIT!!!!!

  I dont know what the hell I was thinking booking this place! I should have checked here before booking it through one of the third party sites. Its absolutely disgusting. The floor was so dirty we had to keep our shoes on. The mismatched towels and a couple of random toiletries plonked on the bed should have been the warning I needed when we walked in. The filth on the walls, windows and sills was just appalling. Thank goodness we were only there for a couple of hours overnight. The pool at the back is just as filthy. The barbeque area you wouldnt use if someone paid you to. I suspect at least one of the rooms upstairs near the pool is used for those ladies that charge by the hour. We left at 8.30 in the morning and still no-one was around reception for us to check out.

  If you think your saving money you arent

  Firstly I used the toilet on arrival and the cleaner left bleach on the toilet so I now have a ruined pair of black trousers. Secondly the light made a terrible noise then proceeded to fall from the ceiling. the only thing keeping it up was a few wires! Thirdly it is EXTREMELY Noisy, cars in and out all night slamming doors constantly. People were yelling out and yahooing all night up and till 1 in the morning. Forththly we were left someone elses milk ..... lucky us! We felt concerned about the safety of our vehicles because of all the disruption. The pictures advertised online are nothing like what you get when you arrive unfortunately. Pay the extra money and go to Rydges or somewhere similar. You will be more relaxed and have peace of mind. The only positive things I can say is the receptionist was pleasant and apologetic about the ruined pants.

  Spotless room - thank you Leone

  Leone, the amazing cleaner at Mid City Hotel, was an absolute gem. She clearly does her job with care, love and vigour. The room was spotless - she did a wonderful job. Further, when I'd forgotten something in the room, Leone was extremely helpful in assisting me to retrieve my item. Thank you Leone, for saving the day! For the price, the stay was a good one. Thanks to the team. :)

  Wow this place is a total hell hole. This is one of those places that just makes you feel gross...the sort of place where you hook up at a nightclub and need a place take the girl you scored... absolutely disgusting... I think Ill leave it at that.
