  I stayed here for orientation for my new job and the hotel is great, clean rooms, yummy complimentary breakfast, close to restaurants and Walmart. The staff is very friendly, especially Corina, thank you for your hospitality!

  Night out with husband

  Nice place no compliments great service all around cozy rooms right next to Walmart and a bunch of other stuff in town our stay here was great.... Terra Cummins at the front desk was great and friendly

  Terrible hotel.

  Dirtiest hotel room I have ever seen in over 40 years of business travel. I would not want to stay at this hotel even if it were free. Plus I've completed this survey a couple of times already and keep getting another one!

  Relaxing

  Wanted to spend time with a friend,she has a disability,so it's difficult for her to navigate through my home. Robin,at the Microtel front desk, made both my friends night easier and mine a little more stress free. With the ample parking,Robin put us in a room, with very little obstacles, so my friend could move on her own and feel more comfortable and confident. With this and a few laughs with Robin,my stay became a lot more enjoyable.

  Stayed Twice - - Keep Looking

  We spent two nights at this hotel ten days apart on a trip across the SW and back. Here is a summary of the two nights. Towels - few then none - the second stay there were no towels in the room. The hotel was full and there were not enough towels to go around. When asked about towels from another room, were told ten other rooms were booked without towels. Carpet - potato chip crumbs on floor. Told housekeeping was gone for day. Stained Pillow Case: It was laundered and clean, but stained... which means the satin was washed/dried in, but used anyway. Toilet - didn't flush properly. Masks - None of the employees wore masks whether they were behind the counter or out in the hotel.
