  Charged extra and bad customer service

  We booked for 1 night and their system showed it was the night before we booked and were there so they charged us for 2 nights and wouldn't reverse it. They weren't even close to being full and the kid that checked us in didn't tell us he extended the stay instead of changing the dates. The manager (male) that checked us out on 12/30 was a complete jerk and wouldn't even attempt to listen. Liked the hotel but will never stay here again due to such bad customer service.

  Clean and Comfortable

  Check in was very easy and quick. I am very particular about cleanliness of hotel rooms and this room was CLEAN! I have always traveled with sanitizing wipes (even before Covid) and when I wiped down the surfaces I could not see any dirt. I even checked the area where the toilet meets the floor, it was clean. The rooms are small but well designed with a lot of flat space for luggage made of cleanable surfaces. The only soft surface other than the bed was a desk chair. There is a long, vinyl area (cleanable) along the window for luggage to sit. The bed was very comfortable, there were enough pillows, the pillows did not smell, and the room was very quiet. The parking area was lighted and we could see our car. A breakfast was offered but we left before it opened. The desk worker was very nice and allowed us to get a few yogurts and bananas to go. It could be a tight squeeze for more than 2 people but it was perfect for the 2 of us.

  Good hotel recommended

  The hotel is clean and has breakfast. The staff are very kind and friendly. This is a great hotel for somebody that travels and needs to stop. The bathroom is clean and has a lot of towels. Breakfast is modest but still enough for a good fill. Reccommended

  Best stop in Limon!

  It's hard to believe that you can get such a safe and clean hotel for this price, but BELIEVE it. I was thoroughly impressed by the cleanliness of the hotel, and friendliness of the staff. Not to mention I got to have some hot waffles for breakfast! I looked at all the reviews before booking this hotel last second on a cross country trip, but it has earned all the hype. Comfortable beds, right off the interstate, and across the street from a gas station and coffee shop so we could refuel quick in the morning. I will definitely be returning to this hotel in my future travel.

  Great place in Limon CO

  I was very please as always with Microtel. I was and am continually pleased with the staff. This hotel is located convenient to eating establishments. It also provides very easy access to the interstate an many local state highways.
