  Excellent customer service

  Front desk staff was super friendly and gave me directions to the grocery store. I told the housekeeper that I only need trash took out but when I came back she had cleaned the whole room. Great staff and very respectful.

  Vacation trip

  Recently stayed at this hotel. It was a unbelievably convenient to all the sights. Rested better than I have in a long time. Hotel is in awesome shape. Beds are so comfortable. The clerk was moe. She was the nicest and most helpful person I have met. She went out of her way to help me. Couldnt have asked for a better experience than staying at this hotel.

  Weekend stay for tennis tournament

  I have never had any issues staying at Microtels! In fact, theyre usually what I look for when I travel and need a place to stay. I try to keep a lower budget without having to stay somewhere sketchy, and Microtel is the best way to do that! The rooms are small, but always very clean and well-kept. This is place is probably the best hotel Ive stayed in so far and the staff was wonderful. I will definitely back for all of my Charleston tournaments!

  Cheerful and helpful staff made my day!

  The Microtel was consistently good as other staysvery clean, comfortable beds, and minimal grab and go breakfast. But what was so great was Monica at the front desk-so cheerful and welcoming after a long day of driving. She is a great asset! Hotel is also easy access of the highway.

  Great Experience, Nice Hotel, FABULOUS staff

  We were very happy with the hotel, the amenities (great breakfast), and the staff was amazing! They even called us by name the next morning at breakfast! We felt that anytime we walked through the lobby not only were we greeted by name, we were attended to if anything was needed.
