  Tiny and noisy room

  Stayed here as I could not find any other hotel which was available during the new year period. Cheaper to book with AGODA than directly with the hotel. The double room was tiny and the bedsheet was the most uncomfortable one which I had ever slept on. The bedsheet was so badly worn than they should have them replaced. The sound proofing is non existence. It is definitely not suitable for light sleepers. Location is ok. It is just a few mins walk from the subway. In my opinion, it is a much better choice to pay a little more (like USD10 for Ximending Citizen hotel and other similar class hotels). Michi does not provide complimentary breakfast unlike other hotels. Overall, I will definitely not stay there again if I have a choice.

  Value for money.

  Nice, simple and serves the purpose. 10 minutes' walk to nearest MRT is nothing to us since we were in the holiday mood. Location is just close enough to the shoppings. Room indeed small but parallel to the amount charged. Noise? We were too tired for it and fell into sleep directly everyone we come back. Overall, happy with the budget conscious people.

  Near Ximending

  The hotel is 10 min walk from Ximen station Two ladies in attendance welcome our arrival The younger one is helpful & informative..speaks in Chinese..luckily we can understand & this helps alot There's a food outlet downstairs..& walking distance to a good buffet (refer pic) & shopping areas of Ximending The hotel may not be appealing to some but there's not many choices as it was around Easter..just another place to rest our tired bodies

  Quirky little hotel in the heart of trendy Ximendi

  This quirky little hotel is situated in the middle of the very trendy Ximendi district. It is run by a very friendly lady and her cute cats. We'd give her five stars! Our room was large and the bed very comfortable but could perhaps have been a little cleaner. Nevertheless we would definitely stay here again as we thought it good value for money.

  Horrible hotel!!

  Where do I start?! From the moment you enter this hotel, it has a strange feeling. It is somewhat similar to a Chinese horror movie scene. We paid $58 per night to stay in a dirty place- I wouldn't even allow my dog to sleep here. The room was absolutely filthy, the bathroom was just horrible with mould everywhere, and a strong smell of urine. There were teddy bears and hello kitty cats scattered around the room. The walls had terrible wallpaper which clearly was covering mould. The room had a window which opened to a wall. The window sill was full of dust and dirt and looked like they had not been clean for a year or so. This hotel owner is a mother and daughter and their 2 cats. One night we came back to our place to a strong smell of their dinner- it smelt like the owners were eating cat food. The owners clearly show a lot of care and attention to their cats than their accomodation. This hotel should not be operating. Please see photos describing the above.
