  Maha horrible apartpment ( M H urbana apartment )

  Very bad experience ... basic amenities like hot water , lift facility , wifi was not available ...just could not imagine it can be so horrible . We had to bathe with cold water throughout our stay , lift was operating for only one day and even after 3 days it was not repaired . We had to carry our luggage from 5 th floor .The bathrooms are too small . We had very bad experience. They entered our apartments without our consent . I strongly recommend not to stay here.

  Faultless

  As a family of four we stayed at these apartments for four nights. We had a two bedroom apartment, it was spacious, well equipped, clean and the air conditioning a god send. Check In is via a terminal in the lobby area, access to the external door is via a key code. Once you are aware of this and have the code, it is an easy and quick way in and out of the apartment block. The area the apartments are in is good and central for most tourist attractions. We would definitely recommend staying here - and already have to family and friends.

  Great apartment fantastic location

  The apartment was clean, modern and perfectly situated for exploring Barcelona. The apartment was well equipped and the staff were polite and helpful. Only improvements would be to add more towel rails in the bathroom and to supply an airer to dry clothing after using the washing facilities.

  Comfortable apartment on quiet street in central Barcelona

  Comfortable apartment on a quiet street. Very convenient to Plaça d'Espanya. The self check in process was a surprise but was fairly straightforward. The kitchen was adequately equipped with dishes and pots and pans. The shower door could use some adjusting to help prevent water from getting all over the bathroom floor following use.

  Great location, comfortable and clean

  We stayed at this apartment as a family of 4 (2 adults and 2 children). I would recommend this place as its very centrally located and overall, was a lovely apartment. Perhaps a rating in between average and very good. Location: Great location. Major tourist attractions are walking distance from this apartment (10mins 1 hour). But should you prefer to take the underground metro, the stations are just a few minutes walk. There are two major supermarkets (15 second walk). But if they are closed, there are other 24-hour shops located (a minute away) to get your basic groceries (fruits and veg, milk, bread, beer etc). Included amenities: Fully furnished apartment, including crockeries and utensils. Booked for 7 days. For stays greater than 5 days, cleaning service is available. Apartment equipped with shower/ hair gel and other essentials. Extra towels, bedsheets and pillows were included too. The apartment also had some basic essentials provided for the kitchen. As an added benefit, a Nespresso machine with coffee pods. There also is a safe (with a key) provided to store your valuables should you choose to do so. Apartment was very clean on arrival and check-in is done through an automated machine. Was a bit cumbersome to use, but there is a phone available to speak to someone should you face issues. Areas for improvement: Free WiFI is available but flaky at times and connection did not reach all rooms. Generally, it in a quiet location but the apartment was not very sound proof. There were some builders in the apartment who started work at 9:00am and this certainly woke us up with the heavy drilling and hammering. Between each floor, if you have someone walking with heavy feet on the upstairs apartment, you will certainly here it too. The shower certainly needs a refurbishment. Cold water most days. Got maintenance to look at it twice but made no difference. Water temperature fluctuated from luke-warm to cold. And not to mention, the way the shower door is located, you do get a puddle of water forming outside. Unfortunately, on our final day of check-out, the lift stopped working. Had to carry suitcases down a spiral stair-case which was not the easiest thing to do. Overall, inspite of the few issues we faced, it certainly would be an apartment I would be ok staying again.
