  Sinulog 2021 Dinner at Mezzo

  We had a wonderful experience here. Every staff member we encountered, from the smooth check- in since they are all contactless, just make sure you downloaded a QR scanner to the housekeeping staff who were all delightful and eager to help! The room was so clean and spacious and they even provided you disinfectant spray! Highly recommended! Thank you, Mezzo Hotel!

  Fantastic Dinner at Mezzo

  Had a memorable dinner (Sinulog Buffet) last night in their restaurant and no wonder I have seen such good reviews about their food and its really true! Thanks, Mezzo! Your staffs were all nice and accommodating! They are also very strict in implementing the safety protocols which is a plus plus points. The lovely dancers were all good too! Thanks for making our Sinulog (Pandemic time) a memorable one! Thank you again.

  Quarantine Stay

  Arrived around 3am straight from the airport for my quarantine and was so impressed with the fast check-in process. I would like to commend a staff from the concierge named Jevson, I was so tired from the trip and he was so helpful. For the room, it's so clean and spacious, even had a huge bottle of disinfectant waiting for me for my baggage. It's really great for a budget hotel, even had a bath tub. 10/10 would recommend.

  Great hotel new nice and amazing ambience .

  exellent hotel staff is beautiful.And work well,assist well to the guest needs.The hotel has a clean nice staying place .Peaceful relaxing.All you need is in this kind of hotel.Affordable with a quality stay.

  Terrible Experience

  Only one staff available at reception so prepare for a long wait. Room was not cleaned the whole day when I returned in the evening and made a complaint the reception offered cleaning the following day only. The breakfast food was still in the room and no water. Requested a clean room but it was refused. I paid for a junior suite but it was just a regular room with no shelf at the shower to put soap or shampoo. After making a load complaint they called 30 minutes later and offered another room. Service was really low and using the car park was so inconvenient as you need to join the line at the reception for ticket validation every time you need to leave the car park. Breakfast was a real cold low quality at the time they deliver it to the room. You dont decide when you want to be woken up for breakfast.
