  Nice hotel in the center of Lang Fang

  Nice hotel in the center of Lang Fang. Clean room, good bed. Should need some refurbishment. Breakfast with the mix of Chinese and western style dishes. Extrem cold breakfast room, bring jacket or warm sweater. Personal was friendly and nice but had very little english language skills except for one.

  Pleasant stay

  Hotel is conveniently located a nearby shopping mall and a number of restaurants Staff at check in speaks some GB but apart fro that dont expect to much Rooms are spacious and clean with free WiFi BF is included and they serve a wide variety of food God place for business stay

  Close to modern mall.

  Good value. Clean and right next To modern mall. The mall has good variety of Chinese and Weatern food as well as a big super market. My tip is to open the awning window and turn off the air con in winter so its less stuffy and dry.

  Going Downhill

  This was my 2nd visit this year (40 nights in total) which I have cut short this time and moved to another hotel in the area. On arrival I was given a room on the 16th floor which on opening the door reminded me of walking into an oil rig smokers cabin. The room was also around 30 degrees and the air con for the hotel fully switched off. I was unhappy with the smell and the temperature and was moved to a room on the 15th floor which was a slightly more modest 27 degrees with the option of having a window open about 2 inches. I stayed in this hotel for 12 nights and the coldest the room dropped was 24 degrees with an outside temperature of -5 degrees. Still far too warm for my liking. I also stayed in this hotel in April / May of this year when the outside temperature was 27/28 degrees and again the air conditioning was not turned on for the whole hotel leaving the rooms stiflingly hot and the only solution offered was a noisy personal air con unit in the room. The rooms are a good size and the beds extremely comfortable but the bathroom was in need to some repair with the overhead shower barley useable due to water cascading out of one side. The deciding factor in leaving the hotel tho was the standard of food on offer at the supposed international buffet. There is a very limited amount of western food served at this and all pre made dishes western or local were constantly lukewarm / cold. We raised concerns on this but over a 10 day period nothing was done to try and resolve the situation. There are some extremely decent staff working at the hotel in particular Bobby who always did his best to try and make our experience the best he could. With a range of new hotels now open in the area (Khos, Holiday Inn) with bars and far superior restaurants cooking hot food on request our time using this hotel has come to an end. Once again I would like to thank Bobby tho who always tried his best to resolve our issues without much support from his management team it would seem. Johnathan

  Great Location

  The room was very dirty and the carpet was filthy mould in the shower and the rain shower head was sendind water out the door I requsted it to be fixed twice but nothing happened.. Staff could not speak English. Breakfast in the self serve section was cold. The reception area was keept clean. Avoid this hotel
