  Bad night sleep

  Bed was far and away too firm, felt like a board. Pillows too. Broken lights and there were screws on the side of the whirlpool. As for the water park felt like a sauna and the water was too warm. Employees were very good workers.

  Great weekend

  We stayed here as part of our family fun weekend. We were greated at the front desk and check in was easy and even two hours before they said we could check in. Our room was nice, with two queen beds, a refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot, and a large tv. The bathroom was clean, had shampoo dispensors plus there is an additional sink outside the bathroom. The bed was good, pillows are about the right thickness. We had two meals the on site restaurant all The Pub. We the dinner we ate was good as they have decent burgers. We also had breaksfast in the morning as the location does not provide free breakfast. It was not as good as the evening meal but still good. One thing about the restaurant is that it is always under staffed. Both time we were there they were scrambling to keep up. Still the food was good and we didn't have to leave the hotel. The waterpark is also decent. We live 20 minutes from the waterpark capital of the world so have high expectation. It has a lazy river that has a decent current, a lay down water slide, a tube slide that is a dark tunnel slide but also moves right along, a pool that is 4ft and under, and a kids play area with a large dump bucket. We got about 3 hours of entertainment out of the waterpark with a 10 year old before he was ready to move on. I do want to mention that we did encounter a couple life guards that didn't take there job very serious. They were working the lazy river area and all the other life guards walked the area watching things, these two just stood together and talked. Only would check on things if they thought someone was watching. The action park that is connect on the other end of the hotel was really our sons highlight. When we booked the room we included the trampoline park and when we got on site we upgraded to get a day pass at the action park as well. This costed an additional $16 per person but was worth it. The trampoline park at this time is not worth paying for if it was not included. currently the play area, the adventure area, and the ninja warrior area are closed due to covid. Really the only part that is open is the trampoline area that lets you jump and flip. The all day pass that we upgraded to lets you do VR, mini bowling, laser tag, bumper cars, indoor go kars, outdoor go carts, zip line, mini golf and any of the games that don't give tickets. This all seemed like a great deal. My favorite was the indoor go kart, these really zipped around the course. The mini golf was a decent course but the water features were not working. I also found the laser take to be fun even though my gun kept saying to hold it with two hands even though I was holding it with two hands. My only complain here is that we go the trampoline park included with the nights stay but this didn't show up on the system and we had to go back to the main desk to get that fixed. Overall it was a great weekend. We enjoyed the location, the staff was great and didn't seem to get flustered that there are always kids running around. It seemed like they are taking Covid serious with lots of staff clearning and lots of hand santaizer around. Our ten year old son refered to the day we spent here as the best day ever.

  So/So

  Stayed here on way from Illinois to North Dakota. Stayed for size of room as we needed beds for 5 people-2 adults and 3 teens. Pull out sofa sleeper was unusable as the "matress" was like sleeping on a bed of wires. We were happily given the only other alternative which was a blow up mattress. The only restaurant had decent food and service was friendly. Covid comments for 2020 travelers: Hotel has watepark, go karts, axe throwing, arcade, laser tag, which are all open. Most staff was wearing masks, but some not covering their noses so whats the point? Very few guests wearing masks at check in or in hallways. Outdoor dining was about 3 tables and very broken down patio chairs and was also being used by guests as a place to drink and have a few smokes. Cigarette butts all over the patio. Staff is not asking guests at check in to get masks on. But apparently Wisconsin doesnt have a mask ordinance. If wanting to avoid covid exposure, I would reccomend finding another place to stay. If you have young kids its probably safer and obviously, cheaper than Disney! As for waterpark resorts I'd stick to the Dells.

  Rude management.

  This place was very low class and the young staff was very rude. The mgr in the water park was a over bearing young individual. Very arrogant. Over all we will never go here again. Not worth the money.

  I would go elsewhere.

  So Chaos Waterpark was fun. But we left before it got too busy because we are more concerned about COVID than this resort appears to be. They had signs and information on their website about their restrictions, but the no mask, no service signs just seemed to be a decoration. Now for our room. I had emailed to see if they could decorate for my daughters birthday and was told it was no problem. There were no decorations. Thats fine, but dont promise me you could do it. We walked into the room and the heat wasnt on... in January. It was freezing. The remote didnt work and when we tried to call the front desk... you guessed it, our phone didnt work. When my husband went to the desk, we were offered an apology. I am NOT one to give negative or under average reviews... but suffice it to say, we wont be returning here.
