  AMAZING !!!!!!!!!!!

  Mescal's is amazing! My partner and I stayed here and we have no words to describe this wonderful experience. Mescal and Rodney have the biggest hearts and welcomed us with open arms. The rooms were spotless and beautiful and the breakfast was absolutely amazing with homemade jams, bread and fresh fruit as well as tentative service that is rare to come by. We even had car troubles and they both went above and beyond what was expected. We have told all our friends and family staying here is a must! Thank you ! Anthony & Laetitia

  Wonderful retreat!

  Lovely home away from home. Beautiful location, very peaceful and a very comfortable room. In the lounge/dining room you can watch TV/DVDs, listen to music or even play the piano. Mescal served us a wonderful breakfast outside overlooking the lovely garden. We even got ice-creams for dessert when we came back from dinner!

  Friendly and very accommodating hosts

  Look no further if you require accommodation near Taree (10 min drive), look no further. Mescal's is quiet, picturesque, spacious and have the most friendly caring hosts Mescal & Rodney. Our room was spotless and spacious with very comfortable beds. We had access to a large Lounge Dining area, which had a view to the garden. Mescal's caters for any type of breakfast you require, and due to time restraints (6:30 departure) we had fresh fruit and cereals waiting for us in the morning. We will definitely be back, thank you for making our stay so pleasant.

  Reviews were right - Beautiful & peaceful location

  What a gem, found this place through Trip Advisor, read all the reviews & decided to book, and they were right. Very friendly owner, Mescal makes you feel welcomed instantly. She showed us around & to our room. gave us great info about the area & where to go for dinner. The room was comfortable & had everything you needed. The area came with a communal lounge & kitchen that we would've shared if someone else had been here. The kitchen was supplied with tea, coffee, biscuits, milk & water. Bed was soft & comfortable & it lovely to sleep with the sliding door open to the garden all night. Location was excellent, close to Old Bar Beach, Taree & to the A1 Pacific Highway Highly recommend to anyone looking for a night or weekend away & who wants to explore the Manning Valley.

  Peaceful, Relaxing retreat

  Mescal's was the ultimate peaceful and relaxing weekend. Beautiful grounds to wander around, watch the birds and wallabies. Lovely home cooked meals. Breakfast to equal the best 5 star restaurant. Close to beaches at Old Bar and shops in Taree. Can't wait for another excuse to go back.
