  Comfortable,clean and secure

  I recently stayed there for 2 nights - the SC unit furnishings and kitchen was lovely and clean. Good sized fluffy towel, comfortable bed and range of pillow types, a useful quantity of detergent ( instead of those tiny sachets) - so if you were using the kitchen you could regularly wash up. the body corporate furnishings could be refurbished a little eg carpets in stairwell, outside paintwork could be updated but I was comfortable, and enjoyed the secure late night parking, friendly management.

  Excellent value

  Stayed for two nights, was really happy with the facilities provided considering the reasonable price. Close to Pacific Fair, lots of eateries and only one street back from the beach. Managers were really friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay there again.

  nice and clean

  The apartment is nice and simple. We transferred to this accommodation because our original accomodation was fully booked and we wanted to extend our stay in Gold Coast. The Lady at the reception was very friendly. we came in too early for the check in and she was there to assist and entertain us while we waited for check in. she suggested things we can do while we wait. Pacific Fair is 15 mins walk from this place. the only downside is that its far away from everything else. i suggest that you rent a car if you stay here. or if on a budget, at least rent a bike. I remember we ran out of some stuff for cooking late at night and we couldn't find any convenience store or market nearby.

  Slim & Jan Jones. ABSOLUTELY GREAT!

  We have just had 7 days, staying at the Resort, the Managers, were just so lovely & helpful, always asking if we were Okay with everything. We found the accomodation, suited us so perfectly, in 'every which way' We will definitley stay again.

  Comfortable & Clean

  Modest and very affordable accomodation. The unit we had was a small one bedroom apartment which didn't really worry us as we spent most of the day light hours out playing golf, sight seeing & shopping. The surf beach and Mermaid Beach Surf Life Saving Club are very close by as are Pacific Fair Shopping Centre, Casino and Broadbeach Shopping etc!
