  Lovely Beachfront Unit...

  with comfortable furnishings and truly well appointed, with everything we might possibly need. There was a great kitchen to cook - nothing lacking even salt and pepper. Alan and Judy were most gracious hosts -- getting us in early and orienting us to everything that we needed to know. The units are modern w/ air and fans and screened balconies. Our front deck was perfect to site out with a table for 6 and 2 lounge chairs. Access to the beach was immediately downstairs and literally 10 meters across the esplanade to Trinity Beach. We could see 2 dozen cockatoos in the trees at the beach. My only 2 criticisms -- the wifi is not geared to multiple users, as in a family - each with their own device so we had to take turns. And, at 6-ish am each morning a local dog (neighbor's or in the complex?) went off on a barking rant -- truly an annoying "wake up call". Trinity Beach itself is a quieter community than Palm Cove and we liked being right on the water to hear the white noise of the lapping waves.

  Very comfortable

  Nice place nice location. This is a great place to stay with excellent staff. great views and facilities. I highly recommend the Meridan at Trinity. Our room had views to die for. It is close to public transportation and certainly has a wide choice of restaurants close by.

  Great location and ground floor unit

  We just had a 5 night stay in the new year period. We loved the ground floor unit (unit 1). Three bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, well equipped kitchen. Ground floor meant green garden out front and direct access to the beach. Across the road, a bit to the left, and you reach the safety of the stinger enclosure and beach. We enjoyed the pool at all times of the day as the temperature was great as there was always an area shaded by the sail cloth. The unit was clean and the complex was pretty quiet all round given the new year period. We would recommend a stay and will be back.

  Ticked All The Boxes

  We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Meridien at Trinity. The spacious apartment (#5), which was clean and well appointed, had fantastic balcony with stunning ocean views. The well equipped kitchen allowed us the freedom to prepare breakfasts and lunches, and there was plenty of space to spread out and relax after a day of touring. I particularly enjoyed being able to watch the sunrise over the ocean whilst showering. That's not something you get to experience everyday!! The complex is quiet and positioned within easy strolling distance of a variety of cafes and restaurants. There's also the convenience of a lovely pool area, for those times when you can't be bothered walking across the road to the beach. I'm definitely coming back to this gem, now that I've discovered it.

  Top location

  Stayed at Meridien for 3 nights. Booking in was simple and Alan was friendly and very helpful. We stayed in a premium apartment with ocean views. Views were beautiful and location is right opposite the swimming area and patrolled area. Room itself is quite dated but comfortable. We had to wash everything before using so our first hour was washing and scrubbing dishes and pots and pans. As I have asthma air conditioners can cause issues. We did have to clean the filters as they were quite dirty. Enjoyed our stay but doing dishes straight up was a bit disappointing.
