  Safe and pure hospitality

  Due to Covid-19, my husband, our daughter and I were stuck in Yangon. From arrival till departure we felt safe. The measures taken to reduce the risk being exposed to possible Covid-19 were followed at all time. Strict policies in sanitation are followed. The staff is super accommodating and very humble. Our daughter turned 1 year and we all celebrated together. During our stay my husband became platinum member and it was fully recognised by the full team. From the General manager Mr Richard, who by the way was very involved to ensure our stay was perfect, to the reception, kitchen housekeeping and concierge, all contributed to a memorable experience. Special thanks also to Neszel to assist with the production of the banner for our daughters first birthday! Spacious rooms with kitchen and all. Thank you Mercure Team

  Perfect Ambience

  Friendly staff, excellent service and great location. All staff greet you with a smile and happy to assist anytime. They take excellent covid-19 precaution measures. Will never hesitate to visit again. Thanks a lot for making my stay an excellent one.

  hotel very pleasant, professional staff

  very pleasant stay, quality service, thank you to all the staff, as well as the laundry, cleaning restauation, reception, cleaning of rooms. thanks to Cinderlla (housekeeping), Nwe Nwe and sandar (reception), Hlaing Myint Kyau, maw, emy (laundry), May thazin and sauw shee (fitness), kyaw zaw kyaw htet (catering).I still forget a lot, sorry for them. big thank you to all and see you soon.

  Our perfect stay at cozy ambience Apartment hotel

  This is my first date with my 12 year old son and we spent the weekend together on 14th November 2020. We were offered early check in by around 10 am and late checkout by 3pm. As soon as, we arrived at the hotel, the reception team has been flagged about our booking. Smooth check in and the hotel was cozy and quiet. The breakfast was quite ok at the restaurant although there weren't much varieties ( due to COVID crisis is still going on). But the F&B services is quite impressive as well as room service. My son was very pleased with his orders and the qualities of the food. Room cleanliness was prefect and the room attendants are very attentive. The pool temperature was quite cold and need a bit of cleaning. However, overall of our stay was perfect and very pleasant. Thank you for the team of Reception, Housekeeping and F&B team.

  My home for several months

  Have really enjoyed my stay at Mercure hotel. I have a suite room with cooking area, washing machine, and everything I need to live comfortably and productively (the internet connect is fast also. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend staying here.
