  You get what you pay for

  Unfortunately didnt have such a great experience as the previous reviewer. Initially allocated the same room as another guest, who happened to be passing and overhead us checking in, averting a potentially embarrassing incident! Room was spacious and clean with a very large comfy bed. Curtains were missing a few hooks, so hung sadly. Bathroom was as clean as it could be, but needs updating due to limes ale and mould marks. Shower didnt work, taps on basin were hard to turn off and flush struggled. Restaurant wasnt available due to COVID 19 but we were aware of this in advance, (even though the email prior to check-in does say it is). Whole place could do with an upgrade. Its ok for the odd night if youre passing through and can get a decent rate.

  Great service, Hotel needs TLC

  The hotel needs TLC but the service i received was great. There was a lady on reception (cant remember her name which is a shame) as the service she gave was outstanding. Nothing was too much trouble. I do know that her son works there too, but she was brilliant. As the kitchen was closed she recommended a pub called the falcon down the road, great food.

  Great reception

  A short stay here in a new COVID world I was unable to book two rooms online but despite being busy the receptionist was very friendly when I phoned in Saturday night and helpful even helping me to use my points Very friendly reception (she even recalled my phone call) and very organised and helpful Plan on arrival Bar and restaurant were closed but we knew that and brought some food Breakfast was delivered to the door (we made our choices the night before) and was fine the kids thought it was quite an adventure to eat in the room Didnt get much chance to see the rest of the facilities but its a great location in the country and close to Warwick Overall very friendly and well organised we shall return!

  Afternoon Tea

  Bought this voucher from Groupon.Had a lovely afternoon tea and was well worth the money.Presented really well and sandwiches were very fresh.Plenty of cakes and nice warm scones.Staff member was very friendly.

  Great rooms & friendly staff

  Welcoming staff on arrival, room was spacious, air con, decent bed, tv, shower & it was also very quiet, so with the black out curtains its easy to sleep well Overall a nice place & staff that are warm, friendly & happy to help, thanks
