OUTSTANDING above and beyond 5*What an amazing hotel and staff. I couldnt recommend this hotel anymore than humanly possible. I wish Id booked it from the beginning. We arrived at our original hotel Mitsis La Vita about 2.30pm after a 2am wake up for our 6am flight, a tiring long day, we were told our windows had leaked and our room was not available, so rather than place us on another floor, or their sister hotel Mitsis Grand next door, they moved us to Alexia. And I am so glad that this happened in hindsight. We went back to Mitsis after two days and was offered a horrible room, with a French balcony (so basically not one) rather than with a balcony like I had booked, no apology, told us we had to come back to their hotel and maybe they could move us in a few days to a better room. After the mess up from the beginning all we wanted to do was actually relax. After a lot of hassle we were offered to stay at Alexia, at a reduced price. We cancelled our booking with Mitsis. There was a lot of to and fro between the hotels, but not once did Alexia rush us to make a decision because they needed the room. So we finally went back to Alexia, was offered a room upgrade with a huge balcony and a sea view! One of the best rooms and we had an unexpected door knock in which we received a free bottle of wine and fruit Alexia have gone above and beyond to make sure we enjoy the rest of our holiday and shown amazing hospitality, to a holiday that we thought was going to be a nightmare. Its a shame Mitsis Vita staff could not have shown the same care and attentiveness as Alexia, considering Alexia werent even involved in the chaos but came to save the day. I am truly truly grateful to the lovely staff here at Alexia Hotel. You have restored my faith in the hotel industry, in a hotel and staff that really take care of their guests rather than just doing a job. You are amazing - I whole heartedly thank you. I will now enjoy my wine on my balcony looking at the sea I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking at visiting Rhodes Town

A fantastic HotelWe have stayed here twice and will possibly go back this summer. The hotel is spotless, rooms cleaned well every day and the selection for breakfast is excellent. I haven't eaten an evening meal here so can't comment. Location is good as it's a minute to the beach and only about 15 minutes to the Old Town. The only reason I have given it 4 stars and not 5 is the fact that the street in front and buildings are rather dilapidated and next door is a strip club followed by a street full of clubs and bars. Fortunately with the sliding door to the room from the balcony closed you can't hear the street.

Lovely hotelMe and my husband were staying in this hotel for 2 weeks in September 2020. It was a very very nice time, even tho coronavirus. Location of hotel is very good. You have old city and a lot of restaurants very near and beach with sunbeds is in like 50meters(sunbeds on the beach you have to pay for) and hotel has his own pool with free sunbeds. We have stayed on the 4th floor with some sea view(there are one line of buildings between hotel and sea), but you still can see a lot of sea. Breakfasts were very jummy and healthy, kitchen workers and stuff made a very good job making it possible for everyone to have delicious and safe breakfast, even in corona time. Thank you dear Anna for that! :) Hotel has its own bar with a good variety of alcohol beverages, coffee drinks and delicious cocktail! Thank you dear Meni for your yummy drinks and good time in your bar! Reception is working 24/7 and they are ready to help any time. Thank you guys! Well, you will not regret this hotel :) 5++

Average for 4*Hotel very clean and staff are really friendly. Breakfast buffet what you'd expect but the only downside unfortunately is that it's next to a (strip) being the provocative word, which is really noisy at night, but depending on which room you're in you should be ok! Good location close for beaches and Rhodes Old Town only 20 minutes stroll away near the harbour. Enjoyable holiday.
