  Not up to the standard it should be!!

  We booked the hotel 3 rooms for 2 nights a months in advance, we also contacted them to request an adjoining room since we travel with children. The Corporate reservation and Front Office Manager were both acknowledged and replied to my email a month in advance as well. However, during our check in at 14.30 on Thursday afternoon, the Front clerk claimed that he has non information about our request whatsoever and there had no 3 rooms available next to each other. After reshuffling the allocation he managed to get me 2 rooms and the third one at 16.30. ...... Not a very nice start. We lived by, the room itself was below average, free tea and coffee, no minibar (there was a fridge tho'), Not very clear TV even though there was many channel but non of them are pleasant to watch with bare eyes (kids said you might need 3D glasses), soft and flat pillows (requested but never get another). Come the worst part, the hotel suppose to do a daily make up room but NO, Not this one. On the second day we left the hotel after breakfast with the sign please make up room hanging on the doors of our 3 rooms. Came back to the hotel around 16.00, none of them were clean, no new water set up, nor been touched. I called to reception, their reply was "did you hang the sign for housekeeper to know?".....Maybe you can check your CCTV for that boy!! So we stayed in 3 rooms for 3 days with a room that was not clean (can't imagine how was it before we arrived, kinda scary now), not have a services hotel should provide, then why do we even pay for?? After we left and back home I did send them an email explaining all this happen to the Corporate reservation and Front Office Manager who we dealt with a month ago, now two days pass and no reply. Hope this give you and idea of what this hotel was, as I said the Mercure or Accor standard shouldn't be this low.

  Truly disappointing. Not up to most standards it should be.

  I was looking forward to staying at the hotel for my 2 night getaway. But the experience I had from the staff service at the front desk was not at all a 4-5 star hotel service. Im not sure whether it was because of the effect from COVID that had caused them this uninterested vibes that I got. It was not terrible but definitely not impressed either. The cleaning ladies were all chatty and never greeted me , who had walked pass a few times (while they were in front of a room, chatting to one another about other guests). A doorman staff somehow was very friendly and well mannered. The breakfast on weekdays are select-from-menu ala carte. The food and staff at the restaurant were OK. Nothing to complain. All in all I wont be thrilled about staying at Mercure Pattaya when I can pay for half the price and get almost the same treatment (without a swimming pool) at a next door hotel, Ibis.

  Best hotel at Pattaya

  Stay at Mercure Ocean Resort... located nearby with Terminal 21 and Big C and Central Marina Shopping Mall. The room is Ocean View King Room, balcony facing the beach, the real relax... i am very satisfied and looking forward to staying in Pattaya next time. Very suitable for family vacations.

  Pleasant time here :)

  Stay here with my sister and nephew. My nephew can not stay away from the pool and it looks safe for him, 2-year-old boy. Very reasonable price for us after covid situations. Very happy with breakfast and the service, especially from K.Cap. Thank you!

  Nice hotel

  We went here on 1st March the room very nice view and clean. The staff are the most welcoming. Alisa(Front office Manager), Nida, Sawitree, Fon And Jakkapong ofc!;) The breakfast is good. Overall is good. Keep it up
