  A 5 minutos de Eurexpo

  Si tienes que viajar por alguna feria celebrada en Eurexpo, hotel muy cómodo y agradable para un buen descanso después de una jornada de trabajo. Aparcamiento privado, habitación espaciosa, buen baño, todo bien.

  Buena relación calidad-precio

  Hotel moderno cerca del aeropuerto de Lyon, aunque cerca no hay nada, está en una zona industrial. Habitaciones modernas y una gran tele. Se puede cenar en una terraza muy agradable. El desayuno muy completo, con zumo de naranja natural. La cena cara pero no estaba mal. Lo único que falló fue al hacer el cheking que faltaba una habitación y tuvimos que esperar una hora para arreglarlo, cuando eran ellos quienes se habían equivocado.

  Totalmente reformado, buena opción

  Hotel totalmente reformado, bien ubicado para negocios cerca de la zona industrial. Ofrecen un desayuno buffet variado y de calidad. Habitaciones amplias, y cama bastante cómoda. WiFi gratis en todo el hotel con buena cobertura y velocidad. Tienen parking en las mismas instalaciones.

  Not suitable as a stay near Lyon airport

  I stayed overnight here between dropping my rental car at Lyon airport (LYS) in the evening and flying from LYS next morning. This hotel came up when I searched for an Accord hotel near LYS and it has a week-day for-pay shuttle service. (It's a 15-minute drive in good traffic.) When I arrived at the hotel it was deserted. No one. No music, Nothing. I rang the bell at reception several times but it took 10 minutes for someone to arrive and check me in. By the time he arrived, there were three of us waiting. I had been advised by e-mail that the hotel restaurant was closed that night and I asked for options. I was told there was a restaurant 5 minutes away by car (I didn't didn't have one), McDonald's 100m away, or a cold plate at the bar. It was raining hard so I had the cold plate (which was quite good) with my complimentary glass of wine. The room was very comfortable and I slept well. I had asked for a taxi to be ordered for 0830 next morning, but when I went to the lobby at 0820 it had not been ordered. t was Sunday morning and several taxi companies could not provide a car. I eventually made it to LYS in time for my flight but this was far from my best Mercure experience.

  Highly disappointed.

  Booked a holiday for Lyon and after reading the reviews for this hotel I thought it would be a suitable stay however, i was wrong. I booked for a 7 night stay, but after the 5th night I had enough and booked elsewhere in the centre of Lyon for the remaining 2 nights. The staff were not helpful and highly rude whenever we had any queries. Our room was not re supplied once with clean towels, toilet roll, soaps, coffees etc. We had to ask for all of these everyday (which they were reluctant to give us) and this is unacceptable when paying over £100 per night. Due to them not cleaning the room or emptying the bins at all, we moved all our stuff to another room - however this room had a broken shower. After this, we tried to make a complaint and one of the members of staff named Lena laughed at us when we asked to speak to the manager and started speaking french to another member of staff and laughing again. We then decided to leave and they tried to make us pay for the full 7 nights and refused to give us a honest discount for the appalling stay - which is a disgrace. I would not recommend this to anyone staying over 1 night as they dont care about your welfare, and I will never go back again. Overall Cons: 1. Majority of staff towards English are rude and unhelpful 2. No clean supplies throughout the week 3. Broken shower and broken fridge. 4. Overpriced 5. Failed to meet the basic needs of a consumer. Pros: 1. Ok location if you have a car, but I would recommend having your dinner in the city centre rather than near the hotel. In summary the hotel was a huge disappointment, however I spent most of my time exploring Lyon throughout the day so luckily I didnt spend my time in the hotel.
