  Great but...

  Great hotel fully recommend it fab grounds, super large comfy bed, food fabulous. Bad bits the checkin receptionist was as rude as hell and the drinks were astronomical. Beer 12 cocktails 14, and they charged us 25 extra for each dog! Would have been 5 stars if the receptionist wasnt rude!

  nice hotel in forest area ... nice room, with good product in room and good materas. good breakfas with fresh foods. reception was under renovation but not mentionned in the website when booking done.

  Horrible stay !

  Where you ever in a 4* hotel who asks you to book yourself their cleaners for the next day ?!!! This is what we experienced last week! Restaurant closed - Golf bar has snacks but Closed at 2pm !!! Golfers could not even get a snack ! Same menu for the evening dinner.... Very rude staff in this restaurant. A guest with a baby wanted to have room service ! They didn't have it !!! The place was dirty, the gardens absolutely horrible with tons of weeds. The golf fairways couldn't more dry and hard. Dangerous! Think twice if you want to book this hotel, there are better places around!

  Great location, poor service!

  We enjoyed the location of the resort, right in the forest and next to the golf course. Unfortunately, the staff at the reception area was very indifferent, with lack of interest towards us, almost as if we we bothering them. Same poor service at the restaurant, no reaction from the staff. The hot section at the breakfast buffet was always cold (cold eggs, cold bacon...) They did not inform us at the time of the reservation, nor at the time of check-in, that there won't be a daily cleaning service in the room. With the Covid 19 excuse, we stayed a few days in this hotel without clean towels and overflowing trash. The fitness center was not available either and there was a lack of general maintenance throughout the resort.

  Very Nice Stay

  This is such a nice hotel. The renovations have made it seem more clean & very modern. The best part about this is the outdoor pool and proximity to the golf course - it makes for a lovely place to stay on the weekends. The golf course is absolutely beautiful and very very very well priced. The hotel restaurant is super good, the staff is incredibly friendly and very attentive. The food was delicious. The only upsetting part is the breakfast. The omelette station was the only food that was warm we even told the staff that the hot plates weren't working and they just heated up food int he microwave and gave it back, not solving the problem. The price for the food for breakfast is a bit too much... when you only end up eating mini croissants and having juice.
