  Inmejorable!!

  Tengo la suerte de visitar varias veces este hotel y a pesar que se encuentra totalmente alejado de la ciudad, tiene todo lo que se puede esperar, comenzando por la excelente y personalizada atención con que te reciben y los maravillosos servicios de restaurante. Un lugar para disfrutar solo, en pareja, en familia, es de verdad tremendamente cálido, cómodo y elegante. Muchas gracias a tofo el personal por estos días maravillosos y en especial a Monica!!.. muchísimas gracias y hasta la proxima.

  Lovely get away and great offer

  We stayed for the two night get away offer with breakfast and dinner on the first night. Really lovely room that was dog friendly, so the pooch got to get away. The food was really good and service was very attentive. We felt really safe as the hotel was really on top of Covid regulations without it spoiling our get away. Nice setting outside of the city. Would recommend the Oldbury park estate walk which is 5miles from the hotel.

  Couldnt have asked for more

  As this was a Mum and 9yr old son long weekend away we wanted to feel safe so chose a hotel in the countryside rather than city centre. We had plans to visit Bristol and Bath and this was an ideal spot. The main part of the hotel is stunning. An old rectory overlooking rolling country side with lots of land to explore and stretch your legs Inside the old part of the hotel is very tastefully decorated with lots of comfy lounge chairs and sofas to relax in. The rooms are located in a new part of the hotel and as much as our room could use some updating it was very well Maintained, exceptionally clean, very comfortable and had everything we needed (the addition of the nespresso machine was very welcome as I love a good coffee). However one of the loveliest parts of our stay was the staff. Everyone we met was courteous, kind, helpful and chatty. We were always asked about our day, checked upon and cared for. We would go back to this hotel purely for how nice they were to us. The food was lovely, and apart from a few things missing from the menu most times an Alternative was always found. Covid accommodations had been sensibly made. Plenty of hand sanitiser stations, temperature taken upon arrival and everyone wearing masks. Tables in the dining areas were very well spaced and a system in place to clean lounge tables after use. We are hoping to return very soon. Well done Mercure and thank you Grange staff.   Hope to return

  Impressive grounds and hotel. Friendly reception. Good safety implementation. Would have liked a room with a view but room was clean and large. Comfy bed, nice quiet nights sleep. Breakfast was the only disappointment, we were offered full English or continental. My husband had a nice meal but would have liked cereal too. My meal was not a true continental, a banana, a yogurt, a croissant and a muffin. Luckily I saw a lady having a bowl of fresh fruit, so asked for that, it was lovely but the lady had scrambled egg but I wasn't allowed! Strange. I did miss a buffet but understand why we couldn't help ourselves. Other hotels let us have what we would like. Anyway, we enjoyed our stay so much we have booked again.

  What a team to make a room available in a completely safe and secure way to help me out when I was totally stuck. Amazing service in a great venue with a wonderful location. Thanks so much all. Hope to see you again soon.
