  Beatiful Moment

  Assalamualaiikum.. Hai. Last week our family had a beutiful moment cause our brother getting married Our family celebrate my brother wed in Mercure Nexa.. Thanks God we choose the right place to stay and celebrate the wed.. we got satisfied service. Everything going well special thanks to Mr Agung as FB Manager, He serve us like quenn.. thanks all Nexa staff.. I'LL Be Back

  IT WAS FINE

  i was on a business trip and chose the Mercure Nexa hotel as a place to stay overnight. I checked in early morning after I ran an assignment to visit my client. Upon arrival at hotel, the health protocol was carried out very well, checking by the security according to the procedure by checking body temperature and giving advice to use hand sanitizers. The security directly approch to the reception desk. The service provided when we checked in was very good, even though the person incharge was seen sleeping in the corner of the lobby ( Sorry for disturbing ). I asked for smoking room, when I arrived at the room, I was very satisfied with the tidiness of my room, even though the air conditioner in the room was not running well (not cold with a temperature of 17 ° C), the wifi which always lost connection became my obstacle to doing work on my laptop. Unsatisfied with a connection that is always missing every second. But in the end I fell a sleep on a very comfortable mattress. The room I ordered not included breakfast and I chose to order Nasi Goreng Kampung from room service. Warm welcome from Faisal who delivered my food politely and according to room service procedures, I really appreciate that. The food is so-so, with that price my expectation a bit more. Overall for one night it was ok. I hope the shortcomings that occur in my experience can be overcome by the team and does not happen to people who travel on business like me. Thank you

  Everything is fine

  this is our first time staying at the mercure bandung nexa supratman after the pandemic. The slogan ALLSAFE is implemented properly from entering the lobby, reception desk, staff, rooms, tables, chairs, cutlery to serving food in the restaurant really makes us comfortable and safe to stay.

  I love the way they treat me

  I stay for one night on weekend. Indeed they up grade my room and its very appreciated. I feel warmestly welcome since i enter the hote. Person who checked me in ( Pak tuni...) and the concierge are super friendly. Glad to choose this hotel, they services made me forgot the tired time from jakarta. I highly recommended this hotel as one of best service hotel

  Not really good

  I called 3 times to room service.. no body pick my phone and no body call again to my room At the night air conditioning is off i guess so not really cool for me.. i cant sleep well Breakfast menu is really bad.. i just can ate potato, sausage and sushi.. just it.. they just have orange just and water.. no else..
