  A fabulous experience and place

  So Loved my time here, was a very unique experience great pace to take time out from the rat race, a very comfortable yurt, loved the quiet location, very clean yurt and toilets which were cleaned daily, Katrina was very welcoming and very friendly, a great base to see france, would love to go back sometime.

  Very comfortable stay

  We had a great 3 night stay here before heading further south, children were very excited to stay in a yurt and beds were very comfortable. Great place for stop over near Roscoff and quick access to pretty local coastline. Restaurant next to site was great and made us takeaway meals, which I would highly recommend. Karine was very welcoming and accommodating. We look forward to next year!

  Super Site Great experience

  We have stayed in gites and camped in this area for many years but were looking for a one night stay in this area after holidaying further south. Found Mer et Yourtes and have wanted to try a yourte for ages. How pleased we were. The owner is charming explained everything to us and made you feel nothing was too much trouble. The feel is that of a typical camp site (which it used to be) the gentle hum of activity and the respect for other peoples space and the quiet at night. Inside the Yourt was beautiful and very comfortable. Views are beautiful across the estuary. You are in easy reach of Roscoff Morlaix Carentec St Pol so plenty of choices. Will certainly consider staying here again as a perfect spot either for catching ferry home or starting your holiday.

  Very enjoyable stay.

  As a family group of seven spanning three generations, we thought it would be an exciting experience for the two children to spend the last night of their holiday in a yurt rather than a conventional hotel. They loved it! The location is ideal for catching the early ferry out of Roscoff, being about a quarter of an hour away. We arrived after the office had closed, but a note was left in the window welcoming us and indicating the numbers of the yurts we were allocated. The accommodation is very comfortable and the toilet and washing facilities are clean and with no shortage of hot water for showers. We would stay here again without hesitation.

  Great for a short stay

  Booked this last minute as part of a very quick stay in France. Great fun. Yurts were very clean, site was clean, owner was very helpful. Toilets and showers and washing area good. Great to find sponges, washing up liquid and tea towels (something we always forget!) Floor in toilet/shower area got very wet, so not sure what this would be like if the site was full, but it was very clean when we stayed there. Just remember to bend over when going in and out, the doors are very short and it's easy to forget or come up too quick. Ample lighting and electrical sockets, heating & cooking equipment. It must have taken ages to paint all the tables & chairs!. Great location, ideal and close to Roscoff. Definitely planning another stay, this time without the car, on bikes.
