  Lovely hotel just reopen

  We visited the hotel at the end of May, it is been refurbished over winter and had just open back for season. We had a great time, Hotel still very quiet as less than 20 guests. Few days we just had the pool all for ourselves. Set in lovely gardens, very well maintained. Peaceful and relaxing. You will need a car if you want to go out as nothing walking distance. Food was nice. Our room had a nice sea view. Nice place, would recommend

  Lovely hotel but very remote

  Just had a week here with friends. The hotel is lovely, set in beautiful grounds. Decent size pool and on the beach. Good points - staff were fab, so helpful both on reception, by the pool and in the restaurant. They were great giving us advice on places to visit. The pool area is lovely plenty of nice areas to sit with sunbeds and brollies. The grounds are really lovely very green and lovely flowers. Not so good- The hotel is set on its own so if you want to get out and about you need to get a taxi. Bus stop top of the road but we waited 40 mins in the sun and no bus came! We were all inclusive and found the food very basic not much choice at all. Beds on the terrace near the beach and on the beach you have to pay for. Round the pool you could only have a cheese toastie or a plate of biscuits on all inclusive. Quiet at night nothing going on bar shuts at 11.30 so lights were turned off on us! Tips- upgrade to a sea view room as the few rooms that face the Car park are very small. Its lovely going in the sea but take some sea shoes as its quite stoney and not easy to get in bare footed. Go by taxi to Fourka its 20 return and a lovely place small beach and a few nice shops. Taxi to the harbour at Skioni another lovely spot you can have a sunbed on beach if you buy a drink. Small restaurants along the beach are lovely for a reasonable meal. One street in from the front is a great little cocktail bar.

  Perfect vacation!

  This hotel was way above our expectations!if you are looking for a peacefull resort,secluded from the village and crowd snd noise, with beautiful clear blue sea,lots if trees, great food - this is the place! I was there with my family, we stayed for 9 nights and absolutely loved it! The room was very big and very clean, and the food was excellent (we took halfboard). There is also great restaurant by the pool where you can eat traditional greek fast food ( gyros, suvlaki etc) rather cheap, and there is mini market in the hotel with basicaly everything you need, and the prices are great, just like if it's in the village. The swimming pool is lovely and great for kids, and the huge garden that surrounds the hotel is heavenly, greatly kept. The smell of the air is unbeliveable,because of various vegetation. A small piece on heaven on earth, I recomend it by all means!

  A hotel to get away from it all.....

  As the title suggests.... a hotel to get away from it all.....Literally!! Don't get me wrong, the hotel and most of the staff were lovely, the room was just the right size for someone travelling alone. What a nightmare to get to...... You do need to be driving there basically.... the closest cashpoint is 3 miles away.... there really is nothing near this hotel..... The hotel and the beach.... that's it!! For a 4* hotel.... the food was very average.... I'm far from posh and a Mcdonalds will suit me fine, but this was not the food of a 4* hotel..... just an average All Inclusive hotel maybe. The pool side bar was spot on though!!

  End of season holiday

  Room I believe had been refitted as fully tiled, clean and comfortable, requested sea view, although only one floor up the balcony still had great view over excellent and well maintained hotel grounds palm and olive trees and out across to the Argean Sea. We were lucky with the weather for late September and holiday was just as we would like, laze by the pool, days on the beach and in the clear calm sea. Beach walks up and down the coast. As expected very quiet as season coming to a close but still more than enough staff, all pleasant and helpful to care and cater for our needs. Room cleaned and fresh towels provided dailey. Although food samey well prepared and much the same as we now expect on HB catered holidays. As quite a remote hotel after a stroll though the hotel grounds the beach bar was the evenings destination, managed by lovely friendly lady giving a calm and pleasant atmosphere.
