If you want to stay in Nha Trang, don't stay hereThe hotel is miles away from the centre of Nha Trang, at least an 80,000 dong taxi ride. There is nothing close by, no restaurants, coffee shops, bars. The staff we relatively helpful however demanded I pay for 3 nights before even seeing my room, which had no window and was on a deserted floor. After staying one night I decided to move closer into town, they refused to refund me anything that I had paid and turned quite nasty about me leaving, with-holding my passport for around 20minutes!! If you want no buzz, no energy, don't want to see anyone and want to attempt to eat in their closed restaurant for your entire stay then I would reccommend this place, if not, don't bother.

Definitely will never stay here againI was looking for somewhere quiet and a little faraway from the noisy and then I found Memory, yub really REALLLYYY good memory the hotel brought me. In short It was a haven for sex, drugs and drunks.... You know what ??? some couple did have sex (I know it's their privacy) and they screamed so loud .... that the entire floor down to the reception could hear it .....And other day the housekeeping just freak out because some other lovely guess has LITERALLY SHITTTED ON HIS BAD ... and the odor is so fantastic they you could smell it in the hallway ... Poor those cleaning lady....

This was my first time and also the last time to stay in this terrible hotel. There was a heaven of many Vietnamese stupid persons. The first is that the boss and the manager of the hotel have a brain containing SHITTT, bcausee they asked us to deposit 100$ for the passport and we had to photo the passport ourself if we didn't give them money. What the pitchhh ones!!! The second is that the breafast was so bad. Too much salt were poured in our food. It is not only less but also bad that when i tasted, my toungue seem to be disable. Poor me!! The last thing is that the quality of the room look like the pig's living place. There were many mouses, many mosquitoes, also the ghostssss :((((((((@@ A terrible hotel.

The American translator stopped me from giving this review 1 starI have just got round to giving this review. We stayed in September following a stay at Ho Chi Minh city. We were SO excited from the pictures it LOOKED like a perfect, beautiful place to retreat to for the week but we were SO WRONG. Upon arrival, we were greeted by an extremely rude luggage man, who snatched our bags (after a lazy lacklustre check in). He took us to our room with no conversation and ignorantly pointed to a couple of light switches in a feeble attempt to show us our room. He then held his hand out grumpily for money. It was late and we were exhausted after our flights and had little change on us so gave him our chance - which wasn't a small denomination! He then LAUGHED IN OUR FACES and shoved his hand in our faces and said "that might get me 4 beers!" waving his hand at us for more money. He glared at us angrily as he searched for more to give him and ended up giving him our smallest note of 100,000 dong on top of this. He then grunted and stormed out smirking. BUT THE HOTEL ITSELF WAS FALLING APART. The walls had chunks missing, it was scraped and battered everywhere and had 2 poky windows, one of which pointed onto a dirty corridor!!!! The pool was terrible and overall everything was shockingly bad! - NOTHING LIKE THE PHOTOS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I was reduced to tears over the customer service and the hotel quality, after being so excited, and now in fear that the nasty man would enter our room if we were out and tamper with our things. We called Agoda who we booked it through who said they'd do their best to sort it out, but do to the hotels no refund policy might be tricky. We endured it for one night, staying in, worried about leaving our room unattended. We spoke to reception who were unsympathetic and terrible at understanding any issue we had. We were told twice to wait for the manager who would be in "later" - and they never arrived. We finally managed to speak to an American Vietnamese translator who spoke to the manager (we never met this manager at all) who finally said they would reimburse us for 2 nights of 5. So we still had to pay for 3 nights when we only slept their 2 nights - as they took so long to sort it. The translator said this was so if we couldn't find a hotel we could come back. He also said maybe we got confused over the type of room we booked, but I explained we saw all the rooms on the website and none were of this state. He tried upgrading us but it wasn't enough for us to know we were still in the awful company of the nasty luggage man. But we found an AMAZING hotel, Paris Hotel, who treated us like absolute royalty in their beautiful hotel with phenomenal customer service. I did appreciate the translators sympathy, and as per my title, he is the reason I have given 2 stars not 1, but the behaviour of that luggage man and completely unacceptable misleading of the quality and look of the hotel itself is inexcusable, an I pity anyone who falls for the pictures like we did - honestly if you're thinking of going it's a far cry from how it looks, the photos must be years old with a caned a that makes the rooms look bigger than they are. Was not happy and I will always remember that awful hotel.
