  So good we came back

  Myself and my girlfriend stayed here for two nights as it was very cheap for a 3 star hotel. We left for a hostel near the waterfront and came back after one night. It is just excellent with amazingly comfortable beds. Forget a taxi - there is a new mall called Aeon around the corner which operates a FREE shuttle bus to the waterfront every half an hour and back. Used it every single day! Not only that, the food in the mall is better than the raved and overhyped food court outside which was full of flies on the food and locals gorping at us, wondering why we were there. Excellent shower even if the toilet set up in the room is slightly strange! We had both an urban room with no windows, which actually did have two small windows, and a room with a window which featured an egg chair to sit in. The only let downs are the showers where water will go absolutely everywhere into the toilet and the staff on the desk arent professional. We arrived a few hours early and they wouldnt even consider letting us check in early or to see if the room was ready - we didnt give them our name or booking at all! No helpful information other than we should get a taxi to wherever and a lot of laughing joking and drinking things behind the desk. However, I would easily stay here again.

  Great location and cheap but need to improve on cleanliness

  The hotel has a great spot for those who wants to hang out for drinks and eat nice hawkers street food. It is also situated near to newly open shopping mall called AEON. Despite the good location and good price, the hotel need to improve on the cleanliness of their room. When we first check in, the comforter has blood stains and the bedsheets and pillowcases were smelly. We have to complaint to the receptionist and we have to wait for the room to be cleaned. Towels were not provided and we have to request couple of times plus sometimes the new towels also has smelly scent. The housekeeping service was quite slow to respond to our requests.

  Cheap Price with Cozy Room

  We stayed here for 2night. The staff very friendly n helpful. The room very clean.. Simple brekfeast but delicious. The location near with AEON Shopping Complex n 5km from Kuching Waterfront. We will definitely come again..

  Best Valued for money

  We stay this hotel during our seminar in Sarawak and it is because of the happening in the area of this 3rd miles where lots of food store and many drinks shops cafe till very late. The hotel room is clean and well decorated but the most important is less that a 3 stars price but 4 stars quality. Do stay here if you are happen in Sarawak anyhow.

  budget hotel with great location

  The room was so tidy. the location is easy access to everywhere, you can find a good food surrounding the hotel. This hotel is near with AEON mall and Timberland hospital. i'll come back to this hotel for sure.
