  Bad service

  I stayed at the hotel for a conference in Changsa. The hotel upgraded me because I was a Marriott Bonvoy Titanium member. The room they put me in had a broken air conditioner. I complained that it was blowing out hot air. They sent an engineer and told me it was fixed. When I came up, it was not fixed. I complained again. They sent someone and he fiddled with a vent and declared it fixed. I gave up and went to sleep. It was miserably hot. In the morning I complained again. They said it was fixed and brought me a fan, like I was a crazy person. I complained a fourth time and insisted a general manager go up to the room and feel the heat for himself. The room was noticeably warmer than the hallway and was set at 16C. Other than that it is a nice room. The shower leaks into the bathroom. The breakfast food options arent that good. The poached eggs are completely hard and yellow in the middle. There arent many western dishes available for breakfast. But these are all relatively minor. I would not call this a luxury hotel. It is trying to be one but the fitout is only 95% of the way there. It gets an incomplete.

  Exquisite trip

  An exquisite trip and thank a lot for you guys the arrangement! My girlfriend was so happy for everything ! The room was cleanness and layout is great! Staff of Lobby lounge was good! So sorry for forgetting the name of who wrote the handwriting card of GRO maybe Tianli

  one of my best hotel experience

  Arrived at the hotel on 18th May 2020, I have never experience such a careful stay. Except with the excellent furbishment, epuipments and service, the hotel has done great disinfection work for all the area including in and out the room with marks informed, also prepared several masks for my travelling. That really moves me during such a serious period and gave me a comfortable, safe stay with Changsha. Thanks for the front-end assistance who has upgraded a lake-view room for me with welcome gifts, and thanks for Jame Jiang, the bell boy helped me with my luggage when leaving and carefully gave me a card informed the taxi I took.

  Good experience

  Good atmosphere and lovely service. Also the location is nice and convenient which closes to the subway station as well as the department store. The security staff is careful who shows the safety of hotel. Will revisit here very soon.

  Great All in and out

  The hotel close to Metro subway, shopping mall, exhibition center. Exterior view is great, interior design same, like it very much. Check in and out happened to be the same staff, Tina Zhang, give us great service and lovely smile all the way thru, much appreciated for rich info provided, excellent. Food is also great, by far is the best since pandemic. (I had visited mote than 10 Bonvoy hotels since convid-19 outbreak). Miss out the lounge club happy hour as I am not free at that time. Will try next time. Room is spacious, and has great view, perfect for family with 2 kids. The only not perfect one is the BBQ set at night as when food came, not hot already. Maybe it is actually not a good choice to have it as in-room dining.
