  Comfortable home feeling

  It was very comfortable and safe to stay few days, especially room service and home made food. Staff is quite professional and gentle. Wi-Fi ,hot water, time to time hot eat was giving home feeling. Just fix the 101 room tap

  Close to airport

  Best thing is it's location only 15 minutes from the airport. Room was quite basic but OK for one night. Not in a brilliant area with nothing to see or do locally but that applies to all airport hotels. Staff really helpful, made me a bit of food when I arrived and arranged a taxi for early morning to airport. No frills but did the job.

  Very Disappointing

  I booked through Yatra and really overpaid. I paid for the executive room + breakfast. The room was very clean. but it was not the executive room I paid for. I told the staff but the boy insisted it was. It had none of the amenities that should have been there I had to request all of them it was not the king size bed but little twins. The staff had no interest in providing any service. When I left the boy only wanted to carry one of my bags down the 2 flights to the ground level. Breakfast was insipid. Bare minimum. They couldn't even make decent bread toast. If you can get a room for rs1500 might be worth while. I don't know how anyone made the trip to the airport in 15 minutes. Took me much longer.

  Looks can be deceptive: this is a good place for an overnight stay near the airport

  When we arrived we thought we had made a big mistake: you enter through the garage! Once inside though you realise this is really quite a nice place to stay after all. Service is good, there is a lift (highly unusual) and rooms are clean and have everything in them you would expect. Our evening meal was prepared fresh: it was delicious and exceptionally good value but no choice. We ate with a long term resident and had a very interesting conversation. The overall feeling was that this was a homestay and not a hotel. Our early morning trip to the airport was arranged by the staff without issue. Overall a decent place with a low price to stay near the airport and in quite a clean parkland-type neighbourhood, but do not expect too much or you will be disappointed!

  Pathetic Service at this BnB , avoid this place and save your money

  Horrible service, very rude staffs and unprofessional. If possible try avoiding this BnB . They charge price more than any other BnB in that location but the service provided is just terrible. The person at the reception is extremely rude , instead of helping the customers he argues with them very rudely . The owners of this BnB need to look into how their business is running if at all they care about it. Very disappointed , we booked this BnB by mistake.Wont recommend to anyone..Just Pathetic !
