  Un desastre.

  Un engaño publicitario. Elegimos el mehari por la oferta de piscina cubierta spa y masajes. Cuando llegamos a la residencia nos encontramos que nada de lo publicitado era cierto. La piscina cubierta y todo lo referente al spa, no funcionaba por ser invierno. El baño carecía de secador y el agua caliente no daba para llenar una bañera. Sólo un enchufe en el baño. El personal seco e informado. Ante nuestra protesta por publicidad engañosa y cancelación por el resto de días, solo recibimos malas caras y la directora a pesar de no tener más que unos cuantos huéspedes ni se digno a darnos una explicación. Desastre total. 90 por una nefasta noche.

  Needs lots of improvements

  I gave the 3 stars just for the locations of the hotel and the tasty food they have beside that nothing to recommand in mahari hotel the elevator broke most of the time and my mom cant take the stairs we have to wait every time more than half an hour .hammam is closed forever in general they have to fixe lots of things in that hotel.

  Relaxing stay

  We had a beautiful sea-view room with gorgeous views. There is a large selection of good food at the buffet. Be warned that the poolside music is very loud, but there is also a private beach that you can go to for a more relaxing time.

  Very disappointing experience

  Very nice location, after check in I ended up changing room 3 times. I had to pay a supplement to have high floor and seaview room. No baby cribs available but a single bed was added for a 6 month old baby, as a result not much space left in the room. There is no room service, the restaurant is over crowded, food is horrible and the staff are the most unprofessional I have ever seen. Guests must wait to have a table available while entertainement team and management are enjoying their diner at same time as guests. Arround the swimming pool there is no service and not enough chairs. You have to walk to the bar to get a drink, if your drink is not available at the barbeque bar they will tell you to go yourself to the main bar located at the reception. The swimming pool guards are not polite and they don't care much, most of time they are swimming in the pool or arguing between each other. At the beach the staff are sleeping under the embrella and they don't provide any help or service to assist guests. The entertainement team is the most horribe I ever come across, unprofessional and just very poor. The only positive is the housekeeping service and the hotel's location.

  Could not leave quick enough

  On arrival at hotel realised it was all algerian families no offence to them.the food was not cooked fresh and i found all food was aimed at arabic people. Soon as restaurant opened it was liks a frenzy all were grabbing food and tables sorry i dont live this way.i ended up going to local shop boughg myself bread and cheese for the rest of my time there as i knew getting food or a seat in restaurant was waste oc time.animation all aimed at arabic people infact i found one staff member that spoke english on reception. Lovely lady.i checked out 3 days early booked flight and flew home.i would never suggest this hotel to uk holiday makers.
