  A value for money

  It is smack in the middle of Miri town. Staff are friendly and courteous. Every request is met with prompt service. The family room is really spacious and clean. Breakfast served has a good variety with western and local fare. Should have more Sarawakian local dish like Kolo Mee and Laksa Sarawak too.

  One day night Stay

  Im very impress with the service of a bellman. Very helpful and love to smile when the guest arrive or leaving the hotel. The hotel was magnificent love the room. Our room are deluxe type. The view is satisfied. The bathroom is good, cleanliness good. Near to food centre, there seafood, malay, chinese food eating centre. Equipped with many convenient store although the price is a little bit over. I want to give a best compliment to a bellman name myson i think. i dont quite catch his name or look carefully. but i think his name is end with son. Give him a raise. Always helpful to open the door for the guest. Every bellman should look. him a role model to other bellman. And one more important is smile always. Other than that Mega hotel is near to Mall or you want a shuttle bus to go there also can. Thats all from me. and they provide a shuttle bus to coco cabana on november 2019. Should check it out. There would be music performance. Thats is all.

  Good value for money

  Stayed at the Mega Hotel during the last trip. It is a 290 rooms, 4 star hotel situated at the centre of town. It is conveniently located near eateries, pubs and retail outlets. Check in was a breeze into spacious twin bedded corner room 329. Room is well appointed and furnished complete with most basic amenities. Morning breakfast is served at the Chatterbox Cafe . It has a wide spread of breakfast choices from western to local dishes. Breakfast is up to the culinary standard. Hotel has a curvilinear layout swimming pool on the 11th floor which offers breath-taking view of the city skyline day and night. Function Rooms and gymnasium are located on the 4th floor. Despite some noises disturbance from the Discotheque across the street, overall the hotel is well recommended due to its central location.

  Well located, reasonably priced but ageing

  Likes - large comfy king sized bed - in house health centre - fast stable Wifi - full set of condiments provided - check in process was efficient and quick To be improved - the interior and fittings are shabby and aged, these badly need refurbishment - noise from the KTV and pubs can reach the upper floors even at 1.00 AM - shower was mostly room temperature water, hot water was erratic - usaged of white coloured lights in the room makes it appear to be low grade and like a budget hotel

  Mega Hotel

  Stayed at Mega hotel many times in January to March 2020. Hotel rooms are large compared to newer hotels. Excellent front desk staff and extremely helpful. Hotel is centrally located in Miri, and close proximity to the Malls and food courts. Will need an upgrade soon.
