  OK place

  This hotel is well positioned between the two main beaches, near to shops and tavernas. The room (no.6) is large with good aircon and general equipment. The WiFi is good. The staff are friendly, had a minor issue when I requested the cleaner to return in 1/2 hour and she came the next day and as they only come every 2 days, that meant 3 days on that occasion. No hot water for 3 days was sorted by the management. However my lasting impression is that the hotel lacks investment.

  Cheap and peaceful with a beautiful garden

  Mediterranean Sea is a budget hotel with good beds, and a very friendly staff (family). It has a lovely garden with lemon trees and various flowers, and all rooms have balconies facing the garden. I've stayed there twice, first time on the top floor, last time on the ground floor, both equally OK.

  Modest, but spacious apartment

  This is very basic, but in company you may have cheap and nice stay. My room was enormous with all beasic needs covered. Big but neglected garden. Paleóchora is a gem and the pebble beach is terrific. Just master the pebbles!

  Not fancy but ok

  Let's be clear: it's a very basic place. No reception, just rooms and in general no services at all (there is parking though). But it's cheap, the room are big, the area Is ok. It's really easy to reach nice beaches, literally 2 minutes from the place. There are supermarkets where you can buy staff and cook in the apartment little kitchen or good restaurant where you can have a typical dinner. The owner is also really nice and will help you in any way he can. So chose something else if you are looking for fancy places, but if you want quiet and a fair price this place is fine.
