  As good as ever

  They say you should never go back for fear of disappointment so it was with some trepidation that we chose to spend some time this year in the hotel after an excellent stay in late May in 2018. As ever we were welcomed at reception by the receptionist and Mr George the manager. We need not have worried. our room was comfortable, well equipped and well maintained. Linen and towels were changed on request but after three days regardless. The staff had a few new faces but were predominantly unchanged since last year. There was a fabulous mix of nationalities and everyone seemed happy. We thought the food, though very good indeed did not offer the same outstanding variety and quality as last year. Our air conditioning unit seemed to be malfunctioning and though it made noises didn't seem to be cooling the air. We reported it as we left. There was a hugely enjoyable evening's entertainment on the Friday where live music and singing encouraged some guests to dance. After the first set the manager demonstrated his musical abilities by playing guitar and singing. A man of many talents indeed. We discovered that the hotel is to be extended later in the year. I do hope the atmosphere is not harmed.

  Brilliant

  You swim in the ocean and see the snow covered Mountain Olympus behind the hotel. Magic. The pool area is great as the rooms, service and restaurants. I have been there several times. It is a brilliant place to enjoy life and feel good.

  Very average for its price

  Following up on my previous review, the wifi was terrible and the safe had no instructions on how to use it, so we almost permanently locked all our stuff inside. Also breakfast times were very inconvenient.

  Fantastic hotel, great hospitality

  We stayed here in July. Hotel is perfect location in a quiet area between Paralia and Olympic Beach. Idyllic pool area and private beach a few minutes away. All the staff were so lovely and made us feel welcome. This is an adult only hotel but the atmosphere was friendly and relaxing. Would recommend 100 per cent. Thank you

  APPALLING management!

  AVOID I am unsure in which culture what is acceptable term of communication between Hotel staff & paying guest? Or in any business transaction to my mind? Staff seemingly unaware that grabbing a customer clothing is thoroughly UNacceptable Manager is utterly disconnected Certainly from British Standards! AVOID if you value the pound in your pocket A few staff whom would do well to represent themselves in under a more respectful management. - Ellen, Irene & Olga surely play a pivotal role in saving face under a manager whom is contempt & vulgar! Thomas Cook do need to remove this as a 4 star option to British guests!!!?? 2 star at a push!! Located next door to a camp site! EVERYONE smokes in restaurant area which is utterly disgusting when trying to enjoy the chefs efforts & wonderful fruits of Mediterranean labour! AVOID
