  Definately not 5* rating

  This hotel doesn't live up to its 5* rating.:((((( The fitness was with a broken machines, the food from the dinner was served cold, the soaking gown could not be replaced if u are for one night, so on the next day you should used the same wet one. In the room there wasn't any hooks or other places to leave your wet swimsuit to dry together with other towels. The staff was kind.

  Great place to visit fora Spa retreat

  Great Spa complex, one to visit without a question. The rooms are clean and the food is delicious, service is 5 star (not many places can get that score in Bulgaria) and so are the spa facilities, the pools and bars. Everybody is extremely friendly and welcoming. Mineral water flows everywhere, even in your shower in the bathroom. The hotel is well positioned with great scenery. One thing that could be better is the fitness room. Would I come back, yes, for sure.

  A five star weekend.

  For visitors new to Bulgaria and the Balkans in general, forget what you know about the star ratings at hotels. This place is not even close to being on a par with what 5 stars means in the west. But please, please don't let this put you off. This hotel, and its staff are a gem and for the price you will pay you absolutely will not find better anywhere near by. We were met at the door by the everso welcoming general manager. We had arrived several hours before check in began, totally without warning, yet he still made us feel welcomed and let us make use of the pool and spa facilities free of charge until our room was ready. This generosity was extended on our last day when we were able to use the facilities all day and could extend our check out free of charge. It's these little things that really make an impression. Some details. Our room was great, super soft carpeting, large comfy bed, high quality bedding, and a large and well designed bathroom topped things off nicely. (Although maybe bring your own toiletries) The food was all tasty, freshly prepared, and of reasonable quality. Maybe the area that could be improved the most. The main attractions are of course the pools which we found ideal. Plenty of sun loungers with shade to go around, clean thermal waters, large enough that even when busy you still didn't feel crowded. All in all, and for the price we paid, I doubt there's a better hotel in the region. Definitely worth a visit, I know we'll be back!

  Good vacation

  We loved the place. You should be there to feel the energy. Nice food, very good breakfast and pleasant staff. The service is fast. Everyone is ready to help you. The pools and the spa are excellent.,:)

  Medite Spa Resort & Villas

  We spend few days there in October. The accommodation that we choose was private villa with jacuzzi. The villa was big enough, everything worked out perfectly. The jacuzzi in front of the villa was really nice, hot and everything worked as expected. The service was really good, food was of great quality too. The bad points are mainly related to the prices of the wine- outrageous. Really, really high prices for mediocre wines. I understand that we are in a hotel but the prices are really not adequate. The other thing that I want to mention its the quality of the mattress in the room. Not great. Maybe they need to be changed, because my mattress was really bad and I couldn't sleep very well and in the morning my back was hurting. Apart from that we had great time and will visit again.
