  Calm and comfortable

  My husband and I needed a place to stay with our two cats, as we decided to leave the Blue Mountains for a few days when there was a high risk from the bushfires. This property was just perfect for us all (its pet-friendly). The staff were all helpful and friendly. There is an express bus from right outside directly to & from the Sydney CBD. Close to Macquarie Centre if you need food or supplies. I would definitely stay here again if the need arose. Thank you Medina!

  Dirty!

  I booked to stay here for four nights as it was pet friendly and I wanted to escape the heavy smoke around Canberra. As part of the booking with pets I needed to pay a large extra cleaning fee which I had no issues with paying as I understand the extra cleaning required due to fur etc. Ive no idea what they use the fee for as the apartment was filthy despite being serviced each day. I had to go to David Jones to buy sheets to cover the sofas so Id be comfortable sitting my baby on it and didnt want to use any of the items in the kitchen. I also bought cleaning products so I could try to clean the apartment up a bit and pretty much only stayed there to sleep as everything felt so dusty and grimy. The bathroom reeked of cat pee and all my things were covered in fur not belonging to my dogs. The furniture was old and broken and the door locks were flimsy which made me nervous too. On the third morning of my stay as I stared down into the black slime in the bathroom sink while brushing my teeth I decided to go back to the smoke in Canberra even though Id paid for another night. This could be a good place to stay if theyd clean it and replace the broken furniture.

  Only just okay

  Adequate - rooms good size and well set out, but needed updating. Daily cleaning adequate, but needs attention to window cleaning. Also, minimal kitchen utensils supplied, only 1 small sachet of detergent and no tea towel, so cleaning of dishes was difficult. Not worth using dishwasher for 2 cups, plates, and cutlery.

  Good budget accomodation, excellent location.

  This townhouse was very basic, could do with upgrading tvs and replenishing kitchen utensils and providing a kettle. Beds were comfortable. Large rooms and air-conditioning very good. Very private with small courtyard excellent for a small pet.
