  A pleasant, restful time!

  My husband and I stayed for a week at the hotel and we had wonderful service, and help when we needed it. It was very convenient to downtown Hannover and also to our friends and relatives. Thank you very much!

  Not up to much.

  Had to go to Hannover on Business on short notice, ended up booking a room here because there was a huge exhibition on in Hannover and all the Hotels were fully booked. Strange this one had rooms - not so strange when i got there. Rooms were v expensive for what you got, which was nothing. Single bed, very uncomfortable, Internet absolutely hopeless grrrr couldn't do any email unless I walked up 3 floors and sat in the reception area at top of building, no tea or coffee in room, pillow filling non existant, no restaurant in hotel except for breakfast and it was in the middle of nowhere so had a choice of a snickers bar or a mars bar for dinner. Thank god I was only there for 1 night. Room at front so tram noise late at night and very early in morning which didn't matter because I was awake at 4.30 due to terrible bed!

  Avoid this place

  The help desk is on the 6th floor and the elevator is only till 5th floor - so you have to carry your baggage upstairs on a narrow stairway. In case of any questions you can't just call the help desk, because there is no phone in the room. Besides - after 10 PM there is nobody on the help desk. If you get a room on the side of "Schulenburger Landstrasse", with is one of the main streets in Hannover, you will "enjoy" the sound of trams and the traffic all night long. Irritating was also dirt in bathroom. And the bathroom itself was also quite old -destroyed tiles etc. The only nice thing on the hotel I noticed was the view from the restaurant. Honestly there are some nice hotels in this area in similar price and I'm not going to come back to this one!

  quiet-ish hotel with a top floor terraced breakfast bar

  Reception is on the 6th floor, lift only goes to floor 5. Then narrow stairs, which isn't easy if you have luggage. Continental breakfast was just okay. Room was dated but big, with a decent shower. Daily cleaning of the rooms. Wi-fi is free, but isn't the best.

  Overrated... less than basic.. crazy prices

  I would not suggest this hotel for any reason... Its overrated for the service it offers with Price unbelievably high for what you get. Rooms Are small and those fronting the streets are noisy. Cleaning doesnt seem to be made in the corridors (very dirty)
