  Our Stay @ Elegante

  Actually, we've stayed here back in September after the tropical storm hit Beaumont. The hotel was hit bad but luckily they were up and running enough to take reservations. But, we had to come back first week of November because our home was flooded and the repairs just started this week (insurance delays). We've had some issues but most have been worked out. Our biggest issue is hot water for the shower. Sometimes it's hot and most times it's lukewarm. I'm not sure why and we have reported this isse a few times to the front desk.I'll keep calling until they fix the issue. If not, I'll be on here again giving a review. :)

  Great Hotel & Staff

  Very nice hotel, southern hospitality. Thanks Athena and Jesus. REALLY ENJOYED OUR STAY!! Hotel decorated REALLY well for Christmas. Staff in general was very knowledge and no training issues. Merfy christmas!!

  VERY POOR SERVICE & DIRTY ROOMS

  Checked in and went to my room. Fresh wet cup ring on the night stand. Long hairs and greasy food smudges and food on the desk. Caked dust on the clock and phone. Remnants of food on and around the top of the fridge and microwave. Splattered food on the glass of the microwave. Not very impressed at all.

  Personal stay

  Pretty nice for a hotel thats in the middle of renovation after getting flooded. The bathrooms need updating but for the price very nice. One thing I was disappointed in was there was no continental breakfast. I wasnt about to pay $11 for a breakfast buffet that was on two tables. The wait staff was nice enough to give me a box of cereal and a milk for my daughter though. Everyone was also friendly.

  Great time at the MCM

  My company was in town for a renovation in port Arthur. We first were staying at the Candlewood in Beaumont but then we came and got a pizza at Itza Pizza. I called the next day to check on rates for the MCM and they hooked me up with the sales mgr/rep Lacey. Lacey is THE BEST hands down and very very accommodating. We stayed on and off for three months during hurricane season but she always found a way to get us in rooms. The other super sweet and super social employee wAs the pool attendant (I think she does many other duties too) Anita! Anita is always helpful and is very knowledgeable about the hotel. I would highly recommend a stay at this newly renovated hotel and would also suggest an upgrade to the cabana room. The cabana rooms are poolside and very comfortable.
