  Wonderful experience

  I spent three awesome days in this place; my room was very big and the bathroom just renovated. Every morning for breakfast there was a great choice of homemade products like cakes and fruit jam. All the structure is very tidy and well maintained. The owners Stefania and Andrea were pleasant and very helpful for any information I needed. The location is great, it's few minutes away from Manduria old town and very close to several famous beaches like Punta Prosciutto. I absolutely recommend Mazzara B&B and don't forget to taste the fantiastic Andrea's Cappuccino!

  Wonderful hosts

  We stayed here in the middle of our cycling holiday around Puglia. We were a bit uninspired cycling into Manduria but staying with Stefania + Andrea turned it around. The house is just outside Manduria and both Stefania + Andrea are such lovely people + made us so welcome. Room was lovely - IKEA-ish as someone else said. Lunch was provided - beautiful frise + a glass of rose. We had a wonderful meal there that evening - my goodness! And all washed down with a very pleasant Manduria Primitivo. We couldn't recommend it enough.

  Nice, clean, larger room

  We had a good visit here, nice bed, great wifi, beautiful garden. The owners were quite nice, usually, but at times seemed a bit grumpy, we are not sure why. Would stay again, especially if coming by car, because it's a ways from the old town, which was charming.

  Lovely Stefania

  After staying in many quaint but tiny centro storico rooms during a Puglia trip, Mazzara looked palatial to us. Our room was enormous, with a big bathroom, shower and vanity. We normally don't spend a lot of non-sleeping time in our room so the thing that makes this place great is the hosts. We needed a ride into town and when we asked about transfers Stefania offered to make dinner reservations at Li Cannaruti Vineria Manduria (great choice btw), take us and bring us back. Personally, I loved Manduria itself - gorgeous magnolia trees lined entrance to the city and oh, the primitivo! So much more to discover but we didn't have the time. Perhaps another day.

  Friendly hosts and lovely large room

  We arrived at the end of a hard day cycling and an uninspiring last couple of miles along the busy road from the centre of Manduria. The entrance to the property is not inspiring with lots of land and buliding spread out and it was a shock to be told that there was no food available and nowhere in safe cycling distance to eat. This was an error on the part of the cycling company we booked the trip through. Stefania was warm, caring and friendly and took us into Manduria, recommended a restaurant and collected us later that evening. My room was large, very tastefully furnished and extremely comfortable with lovely bathroom, good shower and small kitchenette. Breakfast lacked fresh local food but Stefania and her husband Andrea made up for this by helping us identify the best cycling route for that day. Downside is that you are not in the town, but I would definitely stay here again!
