  Restaurant and manager

  Second time this hotel refused to serve client who came to their bar/restaurant (though announced as available). So the lady manager with very bad English and poor customer attitude all the time repeats: we are full. On any question. So how could that be? Just come and have a look. And tub away to next one in Serfaus. Do not feed these guys with your money.

  Very nice hotel

  Friendly staff, excellent facilities (parking, ski's, restaurant, bar), luxurious. Good spa (family and adults only). Excellent food, breakfast and dinner. Guests around the world, relatively more from Eastern Europe.

  Perfect time

  Very nice room, perfect service and hospitality, very good food, good pool, perfect sauna :-) Thank you very much for very nice week, we enjoyed comfort and a pleasant atmosphere in the hotel. We strongly recommend it to all.

  Nice hotel in skiing paradise

  My husband and I spent 4 nights in this friendly, comfortable hotel. The staff was helpful and courteous. Our Double Room was spacious and comfortable, had a nice sized balcony, firm beds, and good-sized bathroom with 2 different shower-heads. The food was good but also the reason for my 4 out of 5 star review. The dinner included a decorative appetiser, a nice soup, salad from a salad bar, a choice of 3 different main courses, a dessert and ended with a selection of cheeses. The choices at the salad bar was (for my taste) a bit old fashioned; and the breakfast, which featured a nice, friendly eggs made to order chef, didnt offer any fresh-squeezed juices, which is something I wouldve expected from a hotel boasting 4 stars. The selection of bread rolls was also a bit limited. The Wellness facilities had a nice sauna, steam room, and relaxing area. We were there when nobody else was around, so I could imagine that it would feel a bit crowded when more than 4 people would be in the sauna. It was nice for those with children that there was a hotel pool, but it didnt have much atmosphere for adults....a whirlpool wouldve been a better option in that space. The massage therapist was good and did a nice job working out the knots on my back. For those looking for a family-friendly, quality accommodation for this is magnificent Skigebiet, I would recommend this hotel.

  Great stay BUT

  We visited Hotel Maximilian at the end on January. Excellent location in a beautiful town. We had great long weekend in the hotel. Dinner and breakfast were very good. Service in restaurant and bar were perfect. We enjoyed a lot in your luxury spa. But, after last dinner we asked for late check out. We were told that we can keep our room until 12:00 oclock. We were carrying our luggage to hotel lobby few minutes before 12:00 to check out. Woman at reception was very angry to us and blaming us that we should have payed our bill at 10:30am. No one ever told that to us. Behaviour of hotel receptionist was very bad and rude. 4-star hotel like this shouldnt place workers with such a bad customer service skills to work in reception. So I believe that the lady (Russian accent) must be the owner or his wife.
