  Not quite the ticket

  Checking in no problem, staff were excellent my room was on the back of the building with a view to another hotel. It has a escalator which is a plus point the rooms were a little on the small side and if you had noisy neighbours you would hear everything they say or do there is a shower room the shower is the one with sliding doors so when I had to bend over to clean my feet had to open the doors not recommended the Italian restaurants downstairs also very good all in all it was ok I stayed there two times until I discovered something a lot better for the same money

  Not so good

  Only pay for one night at a time! If you find it is too extremely noisy to sleep, even with earplugs, they WILL NOT refund money for unused nights! Very dirty They charge to change your linens They charge for clean towels. They give you 2 bath towels only and if you need clean ones, extra charge! Air conditioner is either off or on. No settings for temp. TINY shower! ONLY good thing is location.

  holiday

  An excellent place strategically located , working staff were amazing , especially an indian restaurant in the lobby gives an added advantage for indian customers. not forgetting " Prasad and Khausav" who are running the restaurant there always having a smile on there place and ya the beautiful thai girl called " Rashmee" always there for help not forgetting the reception lady, a bit serious though but an amazing helpful hand ,, overall we all enjoyed there a lot , we will never forget our stay there , well done guys hope to see you all soon. i would recommend this place for anyone who is visiting pattaya , very economical and good excellent value for money.. "make sure you guys try the indian food there"

  Scam business

  Avoid it like plague. The lady owner/staff at reception is the worst you will ever meet. The attitude when told about problem with room is down right pathetic. The rooms have broken bed, mouldy stink etc. At check out for charged 300 bhat coz the hotel towel was wet on floor. Have been to Pattaya 4 times but never seen a place so downright pathetic and bad. There are better price options available elsewhere

  Infested with bed bugs

  Checked in, sat on bed, and saw many insects crawling on the bed.Infested with bed bugs. I was horrified. They gave me a new room, and I inspected the sheets carefully and I saw fleas hopping, dead squashed bed bugs, as well as bug eggs and faeces in the undersheet. Sheets also have semen stains. Hotel refused a refund, and simply replied "if you are not happy, you can call the police"!!! I went to get help and was told that it is basically a sex hotel for prostitutes and their clients. Checked out and went to a new hotel. Very traumatizing.
