  Great Apartments

  I had to stay in Mawson Lakes for almost 5 Months for work and although we have stayed there countless times before they were only short stays. The apartments are spacious, well presented and have everything you need, with the large balcony and sliding doors it really made for a great experience overall, bright and airy, staff are great, can't recommend highly enough

  Mixed bag

  I dont think this is the cleaners fault, as they probably are given minimal time. BUT the floors (grey tile in bathroom and latex effect grey brown wood in main areas) have not been washed in ..... who knows how long. Filthy. Management needs to go and give the rooms a good check. Get some water and soap and rub the floors with a cloth and see what comes off. Im sure this is not the standard theyd like to come home to. Carpets stained as well. Sheets and towels were clean. In this time of covid I gave the counter surfaces a good clean as based on the floors we were not hopeful. The restaurant food was very good, portion sizes generous, and the staff at reception helpful. We have stayed here a couple of times, but this time the build up of dirt on the floors have convinced us to not come back.

  Lovely place to stay but beds and pillows need upgrading

  Stayed on a travel auction voucher. Reception was very helpful. The room was very spacious and clean. The bathroom was enormous and even had a washer and dryer. Our only complaint was the bed was hard and so were the pillows. The other thing that was not quite good was, we were out all morning and the room was not serviced. They came about 2pm when we were resting. Also we could only find one towel and were told when they came at 2pm that the other towel was behind the door. A bit silly really

  Honeymoon suite

  My new husband and I stayed here on our wedding night and the night after. We got the honeymoon suite. When you walk in you wouldn't even know it was a honeymoon suite. It was just a normal room. When you check in in your wedding dress and suit. It would of been nice to walk into something cute and sweet. Maybe some Rose petals or even a congratulations card but nothing. It was a nice stay but it felt like a business room and nothing romantic besides the spa bath.

  Great Venue

  I held my 70th birthday party in the function room and Richard the event coordinator organised it. Very professional. I stayed overnight in the accomadation which was very clean & comfortable. The hotel also has a great menu for dining whether breakfast lunch or dinner.
