    Seaside Stay in a Boutique Hotel

    The location of this boutique hotel is great, right in the center of all the seaside lounges and some of the most expensive boutique hotels. However, none of the rooms I saw faced the sea. The room I stayed in was a garden view, very large, with a living room, clean, very basic, a bit pricey I thought for how basic the rooms are for the region of Turkey. Also, the window curtains do not block out the sunlight, so the room is well lit up in the morning, which I like, but will wake you up. The seaside lounge beds are free if you stay here, whereas the neighboring hotels will charge a minimum for food/drink service in order to secure a chair. Unfortunately, the staff spoke very little English, so it was difficult to communicate fully (nothing to discredit them, just a lack of my ability to speak Turkish). There were more families staying here than young, solo travelers like myself. The restaurant (not technically attached) but co-located, Edesia serves fantastic food with excellent service. The owner, Melda speaks fluent English and went above and beyond to host me.

    Big time ripoff

    I made a reservation to stay at Mavi suits via booking.com. When I cancelled the reservation by paying half of the price, I realized that they also took the full amount from my credit card. I called the hotel and told them they should pay it back but they diddnot give me a proper answer. Now without staying at the hotel I ended up paying 150% of the reservation cost. This is stealing and I would never stay at a hotel that is willing to steal your money despite the booking.com involvement. I sent a mail to booking.com and waiting to hear from them

    Nice location on shores of Bodrum

    Easy check in. Room is a suite with bedroom and separate sitting area. Steps only, no elevator. Quaint Bodrum style. More like a cottage than a hotel room. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom was clean and has a nice shower. Included breakfast served outdoors at the hotel restaurant with breads, meats, cheeses, tomatoes, cucumbers, jellies and eggs any way you want.

    Management Issues ruined our stay

    Second time staying at this property. The first time was over two years ago and I gave it 4 stars. This time, there were a number of failures which is the reason for the low score. We could not get connected to the Internet from our room. The reception desk worked on it also without success. Finally they admitted to us that the WIFI was not working in the section of the property that we were in and hotel was full so we could not change room. We booked a room that was supposed to sleep 3 people. The third person has to sleep on a couch. Not a fold out sofa bed, just a regular couch. The hotel did not provide linens or pillows or blankets for the couch even though our reservation was for 3 people.When we asked for this, the reception person brought over the linens and pillow but did not prepare the couch for sleeping so we had to do it ourselves The other issue occurred the next morning. The hotel advertised a free breakfast. We ordered coffee and juice with breakfast and the meal was actually pretty good. After breakfast, we went to the beach area and ordered drinks while we were there. we were at the beach for almost five hours. When we asked for the check for the drinks, we were shocked that the check also included charges for the coffee and juice we ordered at breakfast almost five hours earlier. During breakfast they never told us that the coffee and juice was an additional charge. Besides that, why wasn't this addressed when we finished breakfast? Why did we not find out about this until five hours later? After an argument with the manager, the breakfast charges were removed but we were very upset that they tried to pull this off on us!!! This hotel is a huge ripoff considering the daily rate is over $250. Look elsewhere.

    Best Hotel in Türkbükü/Bodrum

    The sea is really nice and clean. Its warm enough to swim. The hotel personal is always ready to help. Beach pier is so cool and the nights there is restaurant name Arnavutköy Balkçs , the foods are very delicious. If you would like to eat turkish meze and fish , for sure you can choose this restaurant. Thank you Türkbükünde gördüüm en güzel deniz. Scakl yüzmek için gayet uygun. Otel personeli herzaman yardma hazr. skelesi çok güzel , aksamlar Arnavutköy balkçs olarak hizmet veriyorlar. Yediim en güzel mezeler ve balk kesinlikle burda. Tavsiye ederim. Teekkürler
