  Not recommended unless going for shopping only

  - reception is at mall basement at entrance (lobby 2) but the rooms are 300 meters infront of entrance (lobby 7) of the mall. - very hard to communicate. barely the staff understand English. - the rooms are scattered along residential buildings!! - bad wifi connection. - breakfast is served at the mall across the road with indonesian text menu!!!! Plus nobody speak english at the restaureat, i used my google translation app to order food.

  I booked online through their website and then called to confirm because their online booking system, including the info on their website is dodgy. The staff barely speaking English could not find the booking made a few minutes ago through their own official website. After an hour or so, I received a call back confirming the booking, but the staff asked for a half-day full rate for an early check-in, which I reluctantly agreed upon frustation. Upon arriving in the lobby, which is actually a shop house revamped into a tiny lobby, I had difficulty with getting my luggages into the basement reception due to the escalator not working and no staff helping until being asked. The smell of the sewer greeted me in the basement lobby connecting to the basement parking. The drama began to unfold when the room, amenities and breakfast info does not match with the description on the website. The business is basically a scam, which basically lures people to believe that they will experience staying in luxury suites. The fact that Maven MOI Suites is a middleman, renting out people's apartment, outsourcing the breakfast and other services as described by previous posters is true.

  Terrible

  We booked the room at San Fransisco Bay Tower at 7-8 April 2013. We stayed at room 521 and they gave us breakfast voucher at Tea Garden. So, we were heading to Tea Garden for Breakfast and what really surprised us that , the voucher is already expired. We insisted the Tea Garden to checked it with Maven employee, we wait for 20 minutes but they didn't make it, all the phone were off or Maven employee didn't pick up. So, we were rejected from Tea Garden resto. When we checked out, we complaint to the Maven officer, they only said sorry, we only could give you the replacement Voucher and you must use it today for breakfast, It's by the system, we couldn't do anything about it. Gosh, it is not professional. And I really pissed off, I post messages in their Facebook and twitter, and let's see whether they respond me or not

  Terrible Terrible Terrible

  my friends and i booked online a month before we traveled. Luckily we only booked for a night which i regretted it for the rest of my life. the check-in counter thingy 300m away from the suite. When i say 'Suite' i was imagining princess-special-holiday kinda thing. but reality was only plain apartment not even 3 star for the regular hotel. as we've go through their description of hotel on the day we booked, breakfast included and once again we thought it was a buffet but sadly the street food nicer . DONT BOOK THIS APARTMENT. IT IS NOT A SUITE , BUT APARTMENT. NOT WELL MAINTAIN APARTMENT. DONT BOOK

  Nice service apartments for long stay

  You can get very well decorated , fully furnished ,with all facilities service apartments in Mall Of Indonesia, of course it is far away from central place but you never find any difficulty for any thing. It is surrounded with big shopping malls, theaters, movie halls, good restaurants . It is ideal for family stay for long .The rentals also very cheap comparing to other big hotels .
