  Great except for the live-in-manager

  Really liked everything except for the live-in-manager doing prayers in balcony on Sunday morning and not being able to keep religion and politics out of our vacation (she was praying for Trump after election results in the balcony on Sunday morning). We intentionally went on election time to avoid all the election and partisan nonsense, and she defeated the purpose.

  Great place to stay. Resort staff was great and the place was clean. Good location and beach was right across the street. Free parking. Great pool and hot tub. View was great from our third story room.

  Location central to everywhere, Service above and beyond

  When you make a booking, you wonder if it will be good. This condo was incredible value. During the 2020 pandemic, the condos have been renovated. The condo was great - very clean & well stocked & a good location to the pool, barbecues, and hot tub. The décor was sort of art deco and a lot of fun. It had new spacious bathrooms, a kitchen with all new appliances and everything you want, and a brand new washer and dryer in the unit, excellent for longer stays. This property has proximity to everything. You can be on the road to Hana, going up Haleakala, or on the beach at Wailea or Polo or Ekahi in 10 minutes, and with no traffic. If you want to explore Westside it is only 20 minutes! What made this property extra special was the service. From the minute I called, Dawn took care of us. It felt like visiting home. Dawn listened to our request and ensured that we were placed in a unit that suited us, and made sure that we were happy. If anything was needed, it was almost immediate. A light bulb out, fixed within 10 minutes! The service was outstanding. We will be back because of Dawn.

  Has protentional but changes needed

  Pros: The ladies at the front desk are very friendly and helpful. The same goes for the cleaning crews. Awesome view of the ocean and sunsets from the upper floors in building C. The location is very convenient. There is a long narrow beach right across the busy street which is great for walking but not swimming. Con: This property is mostly timeshares. Three units are owned outright by individuals. These owners are hostile towards weekly guests. C403 is the worst. They don't like people. There is no AC so the windows have to remain open. There is a lot of noise right outside your bedroom, people walking by and talking loudly at all times of the night. Even the snoring of your neighbor is very loud in your bedroom. Of course, they can hear your bedroom activities as well. The Pool would be nice but it is not heated and gets minimal sun. For most people, the water is to cold to be enjoyed during the winter season. The road in front of the property is very busy and the ambulance station is just down the road. They come by multiple times a day or night. They love their sirene!

  Comfortable and convenient

  We only had 3 nights, so we really weren't needing much. However, we were so pleasantly surprised by the wonderful location and comfort of this condo. The staff was friendly and helpful. Sitting just across Kihei Rd sits a lovely long beach. Morning walks with coffee and sunset Mai Tai's made for a perfect mini Maui vacation. The condo was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Mind you, we were there during the lovely Covid crisis, but it seemed like the smaller condo complex would still be perfect during high season.
