  The best ever

  This hotel did me give me the best experience ever in my professional traveling life. They manage to find a room despite the whole area was fully occupied due to vacation time in Korea. They showed flexibility beyond any expectation.They had very beautiful rooms, cleanness was to top class everywhere at this hotel, everything was in superb condition. Staff was very friendly and language issues was solved quickly. One late night I came back to the hotel, despite it was 3 minutes to closing time, they did make a 3 dish dinner for me, and we are talking about 01AM! FANTASTIC EXPERIENCE, I can only recommend this hotel.

  Great stay

  Enjoyed my stay. Very nice and clean hotel. Only 12min walk away from the Expo grounds. Nice room, queen size bed only, but since I stayed there all by myself not an issue. Breakfast was great, a bit more choice might be better if you stay for a week or more. They have outsourced laundry service, 15pcs only cost me W27,000 so more than reasonable price and I got everything back by end of the day. The only negative about my stay was the smell in the bathroom which only appeared when the light/exhaust was switched on. I would recommend the hotel checking that exhaust.

  Comfortable Stay in a Quiet City.

  The service was great throughout the stay. The service staff were all approachable and informative and acted fast to our queries. Most of the service staff are able to speak fairly decent English. The room was clean and have all the basic amenities we need. The bed was so comfortable that we overslept every morning during our stay. We have our room at the top floor and have a view of mountain range from afar. Breakfast was decent. One downside about Matthieu Hotel is the location. It is not exactly very near to Yeosu-Expo Station. It was at least a 12-15mins walk.

  A Very Nice Hotel in Yeosu

  I stayed there 3 nights for business. The bedroom (with a king-sized bed) and bathroom were spacious, nicely designed and very clean. The room was supplied with everything I needed every day including 2 bottles of water in the refrigerator. The breakfast buffet has a nice selection of Korean and international items. The mid-aged man at the front desk was very attentive and friendly, despite he does not speak much English. Their free WIFI is fast and parking is also free. I wish they have an instruction on how to make a local call for the phone and provide more than just 2 hangers in the room. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay for me.

  Good location and kind

  Location is good. Good service for me. I was sick and they helped me. Wifi is fast. Floor made with wood. So I didn't use slippers. Everything is good. If l am going to yeso,I want to stay again. They remodeled the room, so clean.
