  Luxury Hotel

  This hotel is spotless from the moment you walk in. I defy anyone to not walk in and think wow. We were there for 10 days during the COVID pandemic and it felt safe and clean. All safety measures were adhered to without it impacting on our enjoyment. The room was perfect and cleaned to a very high standard every day and the bed was comfortable. The staff were friendly and attentive especially the waiter in the snack bar and a la carte restaurant and the entertainment team. We loved Alis dart games and the aqua aerobics which was on every day. There was a mini bus which ran about every 15 minutes to the private beach where the water was like a bath and there were lots of water sports to enjoy. This was our first time in Turkey and we felt truly spoilt. Im writing this from a 5 star hotel in Marmaris which simply does not compare. Mary Palace is beautiful.

  Fantastic hotel

  This is one of the best hotels Ive stayed at and definitely what you would expect from a 5*. Its kept clean and well maintained, food is lovely although a few things werent cooked as much as I would personally like. The staff are fantastic and very friendly, although not many speak English so could be difficult at times. The kids entertainment was the same every night, would have been fantastic if it was varied a bit more, but my children enjoyed it all the same. I would highly recommend as it was a lovely stay and couldnt have enjoyed it more. The only real issue was the language barrier although I didnt mind, my children struggled with it more.

  Not what it seems !!!

  Lovely spotlessly clean hotel, wonderful decor, big spacious rooms with lots of storage but small balcony. Inside bar area very comfortable with lovely waitress providing drinks. On website hotel pools looked big but was infact quite small. On arrival with suitcases, temperature checked, hand sanitiser and free masks, very impressed. Dining room , due to coronavirus, food had to be served to you behind shields, so this took so time meaning usually your food was cold as not enough staff available. Also limited menu which spoilt the experience. Most of the staff did not care, as seemed to have lost interest. Most evening was not even offered a drink until half way through meal. Many Russians refused to wear face masks when selecting food and was surprised they was still being served without masks, putting staff and guests at risk. Stayed at many hotels in this area, and cannot say due to food and swimming pools that this hotel is as good as some 5 stars.

  Stunning!

  Just returned from an 8 night stay at the Mary Palace Hotel. This was my first time to Turkey and first time to this hotel and it did not disappoint! The room: beautiful- very spacious with a comfortable bed and pillows, excellent storage facilities, balcony with chairs and wracks for drying items. The shower was huge. All in all fabulous The food/drinks: I really enjoyed the food particularly lunch and dinner (that is coming from a veggie too!)- that said, the breakfast was very continental in style for those who like a more varied choice. I had no issues, personally, and thoroughly enjoyed the home made pancakes. The staff: can't be faulted- all extremely helpful and professional- from the waiters, bar staff, those in the on site shops and the entertainment team. I have seen people complaining that the staff don't speak English. I would never go to a hotel in another country and expect them to speak English- we are visiting their country and don't speak their language! That said we had no issues communicating when ordering food/drinks etc. The beach: a 5 minute walk with shuttles taking you to and from there each day (although we enjoyed the walk!) The beach is well kept, the staff at the beach restaurant were great as was the guy who maintains the beach everyday! The entertainment: best entertainment at a hotel- bingo, children's disco, Turkish evening was amazing! There isn't a great deal outside of the hotel so the hotel put on something for everyone each night. Covid measures: all suitcases and luggage were disinfected on arrival. Temperature checks on arrival and when entering the dinner hall. All food is served to avoid multi handling and everything separated with perspex- really impressed. If you are staying at this hotel you are in for a real 5* experience- enjoy! Thanks Mary Palace for a beautiful holiday

  5* + Brilliant

  Viisted here 12/08/2020 till 22/08/2020 family of included with a 9 month baby (Grandaughter) Hotel faultless nice quite location city area about 20 min drive 30 min drive to marina area and the opera ruins. Quad hire can be had for £22 a day brilliant experience espacially at night. Staff very friendly "the majority" you always get 1 grumpy sod where ever u go. Food good but yes with it being covid and sometimes ques did go slightly cold by the time you hit your tables. But buffet food in general always end up cold . We all had a blast loved every minute of our holliday. 40c everyday but loved it. The staff are not as bad as some folk on here are making them out to be. Honestly. ** the manager also runs the quad hire up the road
