  problematic stay at the martialis Hotel

  Upon arriving we received the key to an ordinary room although we had explicitly asked for a suitable room for a wheelchair user when making the reservation. After a trip to the reception, we got the right room. Then we noticed there were only towels for 1. Another trip downstairs. After a trip to the town center we came back to a cold room because the heating did not work, so an oil radiator was wheeled in. Several unsuccessful attempts were made to repair the TV, which also did not function well. When taking a shower part of the water ran into the bedroom wetting the carpet, as it did not flow into the drainage system. The ladies at the reception desk were kind though and made every effort to help. The supervisor in the breakfast room obviously hated her job and was quite unfriendly.

  Good value for money

  Ordinary budget hotel without spa and extra services. Nevertheless, there arecozy big rooms. The hotel is situated in calm area.

  Fair enough

  The hotel lies outside the city of Vilnius. Nice walk if you're up to it, but too far to do it more than once. Looks fancy from the outside, but once you come in, you'll be overwhelmed with the colours inspired by the 80's. Nice and helpfull staff; but the cleaning ladies' job were terrible. They changed a towel when they felt for it; NOTHING else. Breakfast = decent, but costs extra

  correct hotel but not more

  stay there because the hotel i wanted was too expensive. room ok, clean ok but nothing special and it can be improve. not sure i will stay there again next time. anyway its good compromise if you find nothing else
