  Myself and My Husband came to Blackpool for a few days break and it was very much needed and we checked into this hotel here and the owners were very friendly and very helpful and the rooms and towel service was good also and the price was reasonably cheap and it suits all age groups and the full English breakfast is very nice and cook to perfection and I would recommend this hotel and myself and my husband are booked for next year.

  Great time and Location

  Currently still staying in the Marsden. The location is great its 1 street away from the Sandcastle water park and Pleasure Beach. The hotel is clean and sanitisers on the wall. Dur to covid Steve or Karen (owners) cant come into your room during your stay but only need to ask them for refills of anything. The room is small ans basic but who comes to Blackpool to spend time in their room? Breakfast is cereal and/or a full cooked breakfast. There is carparking but its not a space in the street so you need to give Steve your keys so he can fit it in like a jigsaw. The owners have a friendly dog Lola, shes up for fun and well behaved. Already thinking about coming back next year. Thank you for a great stay Steve, Karen and Lola.

  A very nice stop over

  Perfectly situated. Just round the corner from the beach and pleasure dome. About a mile from the tower with a frequent tram service if you don't fancy the walk. The hosts were perfect very accommodating and friendly, including Lola. The room clean and comfy. The breakfast was very enjoyable with great service. The extra's: a bar and parking.   Came for 2 nights. Great location near to pleasure beach and a great wetherspoons. Place nice and clean . friendly hosts free parking. One of the best breakfasts I have ever had.highly recommend this lovely friendly BB.

  Couldn't fault anything about our recent stay at Marsden Hotel. Made really welcome on arrival, comfortable room, great breakfast. Also location was great as being just around the corner from Pleasure Beach, South Pier and walking distance to Central Pier etc. Thank you very much to both Karen and Steve for an enjoyable stay, look after yourselves and see you both again soon.
