  Excelente hotel

  Muy lindo hotel para estar en familia todo muy prolijo y confortable. Las piscinas muy lindas, y los juegos de agua para los niños también ,lo único que el buffet de la piscina demora bastante para entregar las órdenes ,pero lo demás todo perfecto

  Clean & spacious

  We visited during Covid pandemic so spent most of our time in the unit. It was very clean & spacious but had a few maintenance issues. One of the crisper drawers in the refrigerator was missing, there was no dishwasher detergent in the kitchen & neither phone worked. Someone came to check on the phones & said it was a problem with the land line. We didnt need the phones since we have our own cell phones so they said it would be repaired after we left. A crisper was delivered within 20 minutes. The kitchen was beautiful with nice stainless steel appliances & granite countertops but the layout was a little strange. The trash can was not under the sink but on the opposite side of the stove. The dishwasher was not next to the sink either which meant dripping water from the sink across the floor to load it. Otherwise everything was very nice. Weather was lovely 70-75 degrees, so we enjoyed our meals on the spacious balcony overlooking the golf course. Spas were closed due to COVID & masks were required when lounging at the pool so only went once. The pools were very clean & warm. The grounds were well maintained. Great resort!

  BORING Zzzzzzzzzzzzzz

  1/4 of the units are barely full, no Restuarants are open onsite, one pool available with employee spraying chemicals to keep us safe, then theres the golf cart police driving around harassing the few guests that are there enforcing unwritten rules. Some kids were out having a good time and here comes the golf cart police ready to kill Their fun. 1/4 full and this is how the employees spend their time. Golf course and grounds lovely, however extremely boring place with too many annoying golf cart police over using their power.

  Maintenance?

  Checked in today, 2/12 and have had to call maintenance TWICE because the toilet wouldnt flush then wouldnt stop flushing. First time staying at this property and it is beautiful but traveling during a pandemic causes stress as it is. But, having maintenance in your unit for over 35 minutes (at 10:30 at night)...disappointing.

  Mask Mandate at the pool is worse than the CA Government Guidelines

  Sitting at the pool, in the shade, with not one person in at least 20 feet of us, my family was asked to put a mask on. I told the young lady that I was not going to wear a mask, when no one was around us. She continued to push the issue. My husband, daughter and son decided, in disgust, to leave. I stayed. Within 10 minutes, 2 masked men approached me. I just happened to be drinking at the time. I was told I see that you are currently drinking, so having your mask off is okay. Once you finish drinking, we ask that you wear your mask. I said, No one is near me, everyone is more than 6 feet away from me. The reply I received was it doesnt matter, the State has mandated I wear a mask. I said, I will not wear a mask, when no one is near me. I was then informed that if I did not wear a mask while at the pool, they would evict me from the pool. And if I did not willingly leave, and had to be evicted from the pool, they would then evict me from the property. I went back to my room and looked up what the actual State and County guidelines are. Masks are not mandatory when 6 feet of distance can be maintained and you are outdoors. This is not acceptable treatment of guests, and as stated, even goes far beyond what is mandated from the State. Furthermore, I sit here, watching golfers together - no masks. I am sure they are not all from the same house hold. It has been a very hard year for all of us, but policing customers at the pool, when you already have most of the amenities closed, to me is very un professional, and not good customer service. Especially, as your rules go far beyond what the state has made a mandate. I love the property - Lynn at check in was great. She even worked with me beforehand to get our rooms near to each other. I love the view! Just very saddened and disappointed at how the pool was handled. If the pool situation did not happen, I would have given a much better review. Pictures attached show where I was sitting and no one around me.
