  No body is wearing mask in this Mariott!!

  Safety is a concern of Covid-19 in this hotel! It lacks the promise of Marriott! False one! The front desk clerk doesnt care! He is not maintaining any social distancing as he come out his cubby and counting the number of 6 kids carrying / buying snacks. No regard for basics Of prevention. He needs some education. Why have a mask policy! If you are going to require in the hotel! Its only a show for customer safety Its risky to stay here!

  My #1 Spot in Wichita

  I've been staying at the Marriott in Wichita for as long as I can remember. And this is the first place I've been to since the pandemic. The staff did it right. As always, everyone was courteous and caring. EVERYONE HAD A MASK ON! I love it! Thank you hosts for having my safety #1. And again, everyone was sweet and cordial and spoke everytime I walked past the front desk. This is how a front desk and staff should be. Oh and breakfast was YUMMY ! Can't go wrong with the Crunchy French Toast with a side of Canadian Bacon. There is a short list of places I stay in Wichita and this is my #1 "Go To "!

  Well done, Bonvoy!

  We stayed one night while passing thru Kansas. I wasn't too excited about it because from the outside, it's nothing special, especially the location...just a business park. The check-in was impeccable; went right up to our room. The room was very nice. You can tell the hotel has been recently renovated. The gym is FANTASTIC. Best I've seen! They even have an area with a TV set up with workout videos. Well stocked with bottled water and towels. The free laundry was awesome as well. The shower was super. The only complaint we had was there wasn't a coffee maker in the room, so you have to go downstairs to get it. Minor complaint though. Anyway, I wish we could've stayed another night!

  Bad heating/AC and way too firm bed!

  The heating/AC fan blows directly onto the bed--where people sleep. This REALLY messed up our night's sleep. We, eventually, turned the system off--and just got too cold. The bed was as hard as a tombstone. It was a very disappointing stay!

  Nice step up from Courtyard

  We have typically stayed at a Courtyard about 1/2 mile from our son his wife and most importantly our grand-baby. This trip we switched it up and it was a very nice surprise. The courtyard was always the go-to standard but this really out shined their sister property. Karly greeted us as we checked in really early - I mean like 10:00 am. We had to the first grand-baby party. I expected...the rooms not ready, this in not typical, but it was a sincere, warm welcome that was worth mentioning. She had our room card ready and we had been up graded, I was blown away. The main reception area is very nice flowing into the dining and bar area - spacious; with nice gathering spaces, two, right off this space. The room had been recently updated. The floors all tile which is great - very clean. Added strips of carpet on each side of the bed. The night stands had plug exposed with added USB plugs. The credenza was the same exposed plugs with USB ports and the lamp the same, move USB connections for charging. I think you could charge 12 devices if you needed without using one of your cube transformers. The shower very nice with a show wand and caulking was perfect and clean. We were missing a in room coffee service which should have been there but everything was so nice it want worth complaining about. Caped everything off with a robe, that was a surprise.
