  Great hotel great location

  Just a short walk away from the mosque, but not in the middle of everything. Breakfast was great. Check in process was smooth. We had a problem finding parking so the fellow working at the front desk came out with us and showed us how to park on the street with the parking meter and not get a ticket. Very helpful very courteous, just a wonderful staff. Rooms themselves were great. I highly recommend this hotel.

  Good hotel but needs TLC

  I would give it 3 stars, but the staff and management were nice, deserving an extra star. To be honest, Im surprised it still bears the Marriott flag, hotel is in need of renovation. Breakfast was good.

  Very old marriot

  Having stayed at many Marriott this place ranks at the lowest. Do not expect marriot standards here. It is a three star hotel at best. The front desk isnt helpful. We had requested two rooms with connecting doors and they werent able to get them for us. They would tell us come tommrow and ask. When i would ask the lady without checking would say its not possible. One room had a broken shower faucet that broke while taking a shower and the other room the fridge door was broken. They fixed it as soon as we told them. The room didnt come with an iron so I requested an iron but the controls didnt work and it burn my shirt. I later requested for another iron and kettle because they too were broken. It was a hotel experience that I do not want to do again. Marriot should come n visit their locations. 2-3 stars at best.

  Nice experience

  Visited Madina this week and stay in Marriott Madina, I can say that its very nice hotel, though the building is old, however the team has managed it well brother Mohammad Marzouk and team has managed it well. Nice breakfast specially the egg made by Mr. Ahmed on last day of stay. Shuttle service is a great help though hotel is not very far. Thank you for great experience. Will visit again

  Is this really Marriot?

  I did not have a good experience at this Hotel. I trusted the name Marriot and chose this Hotel. But I was disappointed. I could not find parking for my car, despite asking for car parking before my arrival. Some hotel guests could park their cars but some of them could not. The hotel staff even did not want to explain the reason. They were very rude. The hotel was very dirty. There are better hotels in Madinah which are half price. The price should not be 100 Riyal per day for such a low quality hotel.
