  Una buena elección

  Un hotel muy bonito, grande, limpio y agradable. Buen restaurante, habitaciones muy cómodas y una pequeña piscina con servicio de restauración, en el que todo está realmente rico. El staff muy bueno y servicial. No se puede pedir más.

  Muy buen hotel

  Es un muy buen hotel, la ubicación es buena, las habitaciones son bastante cómodas, el personal es muy amable, lo que mas me gusto fue la comida del restaurante, donde se puede degustar la gastronomía local. En general todo estuvo bien, sin duda regresaría.

  Perfecto en situación y en seguridad

  Hotel muy seguro, con muy buen trato. Habitaciones correctas, con balcones y amplio ventanales, muy luminoso. Desayuno muy correcto. Ideal para reuniones de trabajo. Muy europeo, a penas ves locales en sus instalaciones.

  Hi tea at Terrace Cafe

  To The General Manager Marriott Karachi We went to Marrriott Karachi for hi tea on 28th February 2021. It was very disappointing to see staff with no basic training. We asked the Manager by the name tag of MIR to allow us to sit under the shade umbrellas placed there as last time we witnessed the hawk or eagle picking food from our plate. The manager lied to us and said its reserved (There was no reserved tag there. We left at 7 and till the end no one came there). He asked us whether we had reservation, we said no and we told him that we are members of privilege clubs and to this he said ''Members to bohot hotay hain', this was the very first shocking moment. IT WAS FOLLOWED BY LACK OF ANY SIGN OF HOSPITALITY BY THE WAITERS. When we go to Marriott, we think of a place where we can relax and calm down and enjoy but unfortunately it was opposite. The waiters did not have smiles on their faces, they were rude, didnt bother to ask on their own if we needed anything. When it was complained to the manager the waiter came and in arrogant manner asked us what went wrong. Basically his training went wrong or may be he was too lazy or adamant to be in a mood that could please others. The other bad aspect was, the tea and saucers on the table had tea stains, they were not roperly washed, so were the spoons, the napkin had stains. Is this what we deserve as guests? Hygiene and hospitality should be the main priority as it's a 5 star hotel but it was not case there. We asked the waiter to bring comment card but he did not bother to bring one. I request the General Manager Marriott Karachi to look into this matter and train the staff to be polite, mannerful and have smiles all the time. When we choose to go to Marriott spending hefty amount of money, we look forward enjoying and certainly not coming out stressed. We see Marriott as our home as we have old association with it, we hope we see improvement the next time we go there.

  Terrace Cafe turned to A Grand Restaurant

  Previously with dine in Nadia Cafe was the best best place to lighten ur mood, despite the dine out gov rule now too its the place that lightens up ur mood. With the amazing entertainment of Mr. Husnain who sings with all his heart, n ofcourse the service of the ever hospitable family like staff including Mr Mir, Mr. Umer, Mr Aameer, Mr Khalid, Mr Ali , etc. They are the best team that I have come across and the reason for my hubby n I going there several times even if it is for tea. It grand, it glamorous n glittering... N it has a loving soul n spirit that just attracts u time n time again! Keep up the great work!
